We booked an engagement shoot with her a year out before our wedding and as soon as we met her we knew she was the one we would hire for our wedding. First of all she is so nice and made us feel so comfortable during our engagement session, my husband and I never took professional photos before but she guided us through and even with our silliness and laughing the photos came out so incredible. “Dear Prospective Couples, In the summer of 2017, I had the opportunity to hire Christine Merson for my wedding. Besides the decision to marry my husband, she was the best decision of the day. If you have the opportunity to hire this talented professional I would recommend it. You will not be disappointed. Christine planned out the timeline for the entire event with me a week before the big day. Christine is a wonderful listener and was able to provide insightful suggestions to make sure the day was a stress-free as possible. “Rob was sooo amazing! Long story short, we hired him for our wedding but we ended up moving our states wedding to destination. We asked if we can put our deposit towards an engagement shoot instead. He did such an amazing job and he was so prepared day of. He bought his equipment and even a DRONE!! We went to two locations, the American Museum of Natural History and the Castle on the Upper West side of Central Park. He let us be us but also posed us. We felt at ease and taken care of. He sent us back the photos pretty quickly too! 11/10 recommend!!”

“A few things that stood out the most about Isaac were how responsive he was, how he was able to accommodate to our budget, and how he took pictures from angles and views that turned out great on the photos. As a couple with demanding careers, I much appreciated how quickly Isaac was with replying to emails. We had a pretty tight budget, and Isaac was able to offer us a package that landed pretty close to our budget and only had the items that we needed the most (mini engagement photoshoot for the website and wedding day). Our ask for him was to get some candid shots as we feel pretty awkward in front of the camera. I personally think that the wedding day pictures came out more naturally because of the setting being surrounded with friends and families, and Isaac and Sushen did a great job capturing the candid moments beautifully. Isaac even had an idea for me to pose by climbing up a wooden stair ladder for a shot that I honestly wasn't sure how it was going to turn out while doing it, but it ended up turning out beautiful and magazine-like in addition to other ones that he asked us to pose for. Isaac put together a behind the scenes video that also showed the reactions of guests to our photo place cards before we had entered the reception area, and this was lovely in that we got to see our guests' reactions that we weren't able to see.”
