McArthur Weddings (and Heli S. in particular) was incredible - we are so glad that we hired them to coordinate our wedding at North Star Gatherings this summer. We had 3 planning sessions with her prior to our rehearsal dinner and wedding day, and we left each one feeling even more excited and confident about our wedding than we did going in. Heli’s organizational skills are excellent, and all of her emails and spreadsheets are perfectly formatted and laid out such that you will be able to save so much time and stress throughout the course of planning. Our wedding day also went precisely according to plan, no doubt in large part because Heli had all of our vendors marching to the beat of her drum. Finally, she was wonderful during our rehearsal dinner and on the day of our wedding. She had such a calm and trusting presence, especially with our families, and was able to make people naturally feel like everything is going perfectly - even while she is dealing with a million moving pieces. I am so glad that we hired McArthur Weddings because they truly saved us so much time and stress throughout this process.

Working with McArthur Weddings & Events was a dream! They made the whole process, stress-free, easy, and FUN. I highly recommend doing their design package as they are so talented and can make your vision board come to life. The documents, timeline, and resources shared by this team are unmatched. Working with McArthur (specifically Heli!) was spectacular. The communication and attention to detail were second to none. Heli promptly answered any questions about design, timeline, etc. and we could not be happier with how she made our wedding vision come to life. It snowed the week of our wedding and we were worried we’d be unable to have our ceremony outside, but Heli went above and beyond to make sure we got the outdoor ceremony we dreamed of. When there were some last minute changes to the guest count, Heli & Laura were extremely adaptable and flexible and made sure we did not have to stress about a single thing. The day flowed seamlessly and everyone had a blast. Highly recommend working with Heli & Laura for any event!

We couldn't be more grateful to Laura and her phenomenal team at MacArthur Weddings and Events! Planning a wedding in Colorado from California, I needed someone who could truly understand my design vision and needs from afar—and Laura exceeded every expectation. From the start, she made me feel understood and supported, and by the time the wedding arrived, I knew without a doubt that she would bring our vision to life. Just days before, we faced a sudden change in the weather forecast to rain, after weeks of clear skies. Laura handled this with ease and creativity, making last-minute adjustments so seamlessly that my husband and I could relax, knowing everything was under control. Laura’s expertise allowed us to be fully present and enjoy our wedding day!! I often find it hard to delegate, but with her calm and capable approach, I had complete trust in her every decision. I am honestly going to miss our planning calls—Laura became a part of our lives! If you’re looking for a planner who can handle anything with skill, grace, and a deep understanding of your vision, I can’t recommend Laura and MacArthur Weddings and Events highly enough. Seriously do not look anywhere else, they’re simply the best.
