The number one thing I tell clients is that something WILL go wrong on your wedding day, but I'm there to limit the chaos with backup plans. Why hiring me is the best decision for your special day: 1. I'm awesome and fun. 2. I'm good at details and bossing people around (in a nice way). Your vendors, bridal party, and family will know exactly where to be and when. 3. I am 100% team couple. I'm going to have your back and do what YOU want on your special day.

I will be your number one support person and encourager throughout the entire process. Becoming friends with my couples is my favorite part of the job. Seeing your vision come to life and giving you the best experience is my second favorite part!

Melissa is amazing!! She is so friendly, professional, a joy to be around and instantly feels like a best friend. She really saw my vision and helped bring it to life. We had a small multiple level venue with only 2 hours until show time and her and her assistant freaking killed it! It looked amazing She kept everything on track for the evening and was able to make changing one aspect of our timeline during the night seem like it was supposed to go that way all along. I did not stress over anything the night of our wedding or feel rushed. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and also made the evening so enjoyable for my mother who was emotional and stressed about all the various elements until Melissa and her assistant proved that everything was in MORE than capable hands. If you are on the fence about getting a coordinator - do it & book Weaver Weddings. You won’t regret it

Hiring Melissa made the lead-up and the day of our wedding flow so smoothly. I am grateful for her coordination and knowledge of the venue (Hudson Gardens) that allowed me and my groom to focus on ourselves and enjoy the wedding we had planned! Day-of she handled decor (see one of many shots of our tables that she did an incredible job with), vendor coordination, timeline communications with our wedding party, and more, to help make sure our day was perfect. Leading up to the wedding, she answered my (many) questions quickly with thoughtfulness and professionalism. I couldn't have had the wedding of our dreams go this smoothly without her! She made sure we ate (!!!), protected our time so we could have a first look, and got to our cocktail hour with enough time to greet our guests and celebrate!
