    We 100% recommend Kaity Campbell. I had such a perfect and wonderful wedding yesterday and I'm so grateful to Kaity that I am writing this review today. Kaity was a PHENOMENAL coordinator. I'm a very anxious yet absent-minded person. This is a very unfortunate and difficult combination to exist as. However, on my wedding day, I was relaxed (minus some last-minute letters that I needed to write). - First off, as a person Kaity is just so kind and has a presence that makes you feel at ease. She gave us just the right amount of information at the right points in time. She's also a very prompt communicator and very kindly checks in and answers any questions that we had. - HUGE: Kaity kept my (now) husband in the perfect state of sobriety during the wedding. We could see how crucial her intervention was during the afterparty. - Our timeline was perfect. Kaity also used her wisdom to advise on certain parts of the timeline that I had considered changing. This doesn't mean she was inflexible– we did change certain parts of the timeline and I think she had built the original timeline off of our preferences. - Kaity worked magic with our vendors. One of my concerns is food waste. My caterer typically discards all food at the end of the night (I think for liability reasons). During a wedding prep call, Kaity was going over what to do with leftover food and we mentioned this. We had accepted we'd have to throw everything out, but without us even asking Kaity found a way to get our leftover catering packaged up, rather than thrown away. - Kaity is a guardian angel: My husband and I both literally already lost our rings and I couldn't find something that had been packed up (10 number holders, pretty minor). Kaity knew exactly where Stu's ring was and gave me a lead on when I lost my ring (sometime after I saw her for the last time yesterday evening; I didn't even realize that she had checked). She was also able to tell me where the number holders, even though if we had lost them it would have been relatively minor. This goes to show how conscientious and detail-oriented Kaity is. - Kaity will fill in the gaps for you. I forgot to label the bouquets or even indicate that I meant for the 2 extra bouquets were supposed to go to our moms. I only remembered today when I asked, and my mom said she did receive a bouquet. _________ Kaity is THE BEST. And thanks to her, I had the best night of my life. I highly highly recommend her.

    Kaity Campbell Weddings & Events LLC was the perfect choice for our wedding day coordinator. From the moment we started working with Kaity, her communication style was super communicative, calm, and observant. She was fantastic at handling any unexpected issues that came up, whether it was a surprise stain on an important outfit, strollers in entryways, or dealing with exceptionally difficult vendors. Kaity's forward-thinking and hard-working approach ensured the quality of her work was fantastic and provided excellent value. She was such a calm, kind, and happy presence to have as our day-of-coordinator, and we can't recommend Kaity and her team more highly.

    Kaity Campbell Wedding and Events was a godsend. We literally could not have realized our dream day without her. So grateful also, that she was willing to travel to help us out. She was available upon demand for any questions or concerns we had and took care of our needs in a timely manner. While she did most of what we needed as our day of coordinator, I was able to just be a bride and not worry about any of the particulars. She was there for us to run interference for any glitches that arose, as well as being a pillar of strength to allay any nervousness we felt. She was kind, sensitive, professional, and effective. Overall, we were able to enjoy our special day largely because Kaity was there to support us however we needed her. I highly recommend her services, but especially the compassionate and attentive person that she is.
