I'm a laid back, upbeat and silly (some might say incredibly funny, but whatever) person with a penchant for making everyone feel like an old friend. I enjoy being with people so my enthusiasm and joy on your wedding day is genuine! The greatest compliment I receive from couples again and again is that they feel so comfortable with me that taking photos wasn't stressful, in fact, it was fun! Your wedding day should be enjoyable and stress free; My goal is to make that happen as a team with you and all your other vendors, because you deserve nothing less than an awesome wedding day.

I'm very jokey, unserious and high energy. While I hate to be cliche, I often hear that I give "golden retriever vibes", which works well in the wedding industry to counterbalance the high stress that weddings often create. As with most golden retrievers, when you're with me, you're the greatest people I've ever met. It's all about you and I am your biggest cheerleader! I'm always on your team and my greatest desire is to see you have the absolute best day ever and for you to be obsessed with your wedding photos! (Also, I know a lot about Harry Potter and The Office so if that's your vibe, ignore everything else I said and just call me now )

    I can’t recommend Rachel enough! She made the entire process so easy, even when I literally had no idea what I was doing. By far the easiest of all my vendors to work with; it was clear from beginning to end that she cared about us and our experience above all else. All the pictures were seamless and her keeping track of the timeline was a god send! We had a crew that was a little bit like wrangling cats and she still managed to make sure everyone got where they needed to be. And the pictures are better than I could have even imagined. She made the most of the time and even gave me advice on navigating things with my hair and make up vendor to ensure everyone was ready on time and everything was as stress free as possible, which was so helpful because she has seen waaaaaaay more weddings than me! Her calm and fun energy was contagious throughout the day! We had several guests comment on how amazing her presence and professionalism was. If you’re on the fence reach out! I’m sure once you talk to her you will have no hesitation! I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

    From the first Zoom call we had with Rachel, we could tell she was our kind of person. She was very knowledgeable and had great advice leading up to the wedding. We also loved the engagement shoot we did with her, as it gave us the chance to get to know her a bit in person and get comfortable so that there was no awkwardness on the day-of. Rachel embodies the perfect balance between professionalism and personable. She’s goofy and funny yet fully in charge and assertive. Her personality meshed so well with ours and it really showed in the pictures. She captured the candid special moments beautifully and also gave great direction for the posed formals. She did an outstanding job wrangling my massive & hectic family! We were so happy with how the photos turned out - it’s been challenging to pick favorites to print because they’re all great!! I can’t say enough good things about Rachel (and her assistants)! If you’re on the fence about booking her or worried about the cost, I can say she’s 100% worth it!!
