    From our very first conversation with Jesse, we had a gut feeling she was the one. She brought such a calm, kind, confident energy to every planning interaction, and we immediately knew we were in good hands. We didn’t need someone just to “manage logistics”, we needed someone who got our vision, embraced our creativity, and had the experience and temperament to make the whole day feel effortless. Jesse was all of that and more. She helped us think through small but important details we wouldn’t have even considered otherwise, and when it came time to execute, she and her team were flawless. Billy, who was also on-site the day of, was equally wonderful - so kind, attentive, and committed to making our day everything we had imagined. There were so many personal elements to our wedding, from family heirloom Persian rugs laid down for the ceremony to a fully transformed space we turned into a “record room” for favors. These were important pieces of our story, and Jesse never hesitated—she supported every idea and made sure they came to life beautifully. Before we walked down the aisle, Jesse and her team were right there with us—giving hugs, grounding us in the moment, and just being present in a way that felt like having close friends by our side. Her calm presence, care, and thoughtfulness were everything we didn’t know we needed. If you're looking for a coordinator who will treat your day like the one-of-a-kind celebration it is, who will never stifle your ideas but instead elevate them—Jesse is the one. We couldn't have done it without her!

    We stumbled upon Dave accidentally but what a clear meet/cute - stars aligning moment. We were lucky enough to have Dave work with us for a little over 2 years to make our dream wedding come true. He was great about staying in contact even when we were far out from making big decisions, as we creeped closer and closer to the big day we began meeting monthly or bi-weekly. I never had one moment throughout the entire planning process where I had concern for his bandwidth or frustrations that either I or my other vendors may have caused. What I think I loved most, was his understanding of my vision. He took the time to understand what my husband and I both wanted and envisioned. On the big day, Dave was like the wind - he was EVERYWHERE but NOWHERE. I didn't have one person (vendor related) speak to me and when issues did arise, they always will no matter how hard you plan, he was able to make executive decisions without a hesitation knowing I had full trust in him. I couldn't imagine having done the wedding without him and am forever grateful for these past 2 years. I can't wait to hire him back in 15-20 years for a renewal ;)
