CityLux is a boutique studio based in the Boston area. We started out as photographers and have recently expanded our services, offering video, and now wedding planning services. We are a small dedicated team of professionals. Our couples are down to earth types, who appreciate attention to detail, and laid back luxury.

We charge a flat fee, not a percent of your budget. Our background photographing weddings, combined with our planner, gives you a small team of professionals that look at your wedding from a different perspective. We care about you, your guests, and your vendors. We are not the aloof type of planner, we are service oriented, paying attention to detail and helping you to make the most of your budget and event!

Allie and the CityLux team really outdid themselves! Everything was seamless and most importantly, FUN! I was hesitant to have a large wedding because of all of the planning that it entails, but hiring CityLux to help was hands down the best vendor choice we made. Our planning timeline was put together, and we’re were told what to focus on and when, which was a huge help with juggling life and work outside of wedding planning. Allie helped pull the vision out of my head and put it all together in a way I didn’t even know was possible to achieve! The actual wedding weekend was executed flawlessly, and we’ve had multiple guests tell us that the flow of the wedding day and entire weekend was so seamless. Some even said they had more fun at our wedding than their own kids! Our guests were wowed by the entire thing. You often hear people say their wedding day flies by, but my husband and I both look back on the weekend and know that we were entirely present and able to soak in each and every moment because of Allie and Sarah. I’ll cherish the memories forever!

Allie and her team were AMAZING. I can't recommend them enough. Allie thinks of every single thing and her attention to detail is unbelievable. She was my biggest advocate during the wedding (she told off our bus driver who tried to get me to pay the rest of our bill as I was walking into the church. brilliant!) and made my day stress free. Best ROI from our wedding!!

I thought I (ALL CAPS THERE!) was a perfectionist until I met Allie LeBon. If you're thinking "is this worth it?" or "do I really need a planner?" or even, "I can do this all myself." ...you maaaybe can, but if you want your day to be utterly spectacular - hire Allie. I can't stress enough the importance of hiring someone like her. Our entire day was magic because of her and her CityLux team. We started out our journey with a clear goal, but it all felt a bit daunting. Allie was with us from start to finish (top to bottom planning and day-of!) and made every step along the way incredible. She was prompt, professional, honest, and kind. It's hard to find vendors that are as "on their game." There were times that we were completely at a loss for what was next and she always communicated with clarity so we felt comfortable and prepared to make decisions. There were sooooo many details only she could have thought of. Just when you think you have it figured out, there are 3 more things Allie was thinking of. I constantly said, "oh wow.. I didnt even think of that." Like coordinating bus routes and timing that out... no thank you! We felt like it was all under control because of her meticulous documentation, flawless communication with our other vendors, and emergency plans she put in motion behind the scenes. MOST importantly, she makes sure you can focus on your day and nothing else. From the napkins, to the placecards, to our grass wall, to our place settings, to the drink signs, and everything else in between, it was all so complete and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not to mention, she professionally vetoed some of our ideas, and finding someone who knows what's realistic and what's not is hard to find. I've recommended her to ALL my friends and every time I get rave reviews. Don't go it alone throughout this process. Go with Allie and go with CityLux! PS: The picture you see with our reaction was exactly the moment we saw our vision come to life at the reception. Speechless.

Allie and the CityLux team transformed our entire wedding planning experience! From the start, we were anxious and completely overwhelmed by decisions, but Allie’s guidance and expertise quickly changed that. She expertly helped us navigate our options, always considering our vision and budget. She was great about letting us as a couple deliberate before weighing in. She also frequently introduced us to ideas we hadn't considered, carefully presenting them in a way that made us feel empowered rather than overwhelmed. Her honest insights about our budget were invaluable, helping us make realistic choices with confidence. As our wedding day approached, Allie’s support and warmth became even more meaningful. She was always there to check in and calm any worries (which always turned out to be unnecessary), and her encouragement lifted us up every step of the way. On the day of our wedding, Allie was incredible! She flawlessly captured our vision, and her calm, cheerful presence kept everything running smoothly. Even when a last-minute catering issue arose, she handled it seamlessly, ensuring we could stay fully immersed in the joy of our day. We feel lucky to consider Allie not only our planner but also a friend. She, Sarah, and the entire CityLux team went above and beyond, making our wedding everything we dreamed of and more. We can’t recommend CityLux highly enough for anyone planning a special event!
