3 of Cups is a comprehensive wedding planning service with an inclusive and welcoming ethos. Our team consists of experienced coordinators passionate about working with couples to create weddings that reflect who they are. At 3 of Cups, we can help you with everything from managing your budget to planning your honeymoon. Our A La Carte menu services include design, sound and DJ, photography and cinematography, and location scouting. Founder and owner Jessica Ryan-Garcia set up 3 of Cups in 2014, intending to make a safe, non-discriminatory space within the wedding community. A member of the Associated Wedding Planners of Austin, Jessica has actively participated in improving the ethics and moral standards of the events industry. She and her team have planned over 500 weddings thus far and are prepared to take on occasions of all sizes, at home and abroad.     The best decision my husband and I made was hiring Jessica and the 3 of Cups team as our wedding planner. From the very beginning, Jessica guided us through so many event and weekend details that we had never considered - from venue selection and rain plans to delivery logistics. Throughout the planning process, Jessica helped us build an all-star team of vendors, advocated for our needs, and helped us maximize our wedding budget. Most importantly, she brought our wedding vision to life, pushed us to be more creative, and reminded us that we were planning a non-traditional wedding weekend for our guests. Leading up to the ceremony, she and Katrina were incredibly helpful managing vendor communication and the day-of timeline. Their work allowed us to enjoy the weekend, have fun, and forget about all the details leading up to the wedding day.

    Jess and her planning team are unmatched! Believe all of the 5 star reviews because this team is out of this world. From day one, Jessica was the most valuable part of my planning process - I truly could not have done this without her and her team. She took away almost all of my anxiety every time we met for our pre-planning meetings, she knows the best vendors and the best wedding tips/tricks, she keeps your head on straight through all of the stress, and the way that her mind works is INCREDIBLE. She helped me plan everything down to the literal minute and I ended up feeling SO confident in our plans that I barely had any anxiety on the day of because I KNEW that she and her team had everything handled. I genuinely didn’t worry about anything because Kristin and Audrey (my day of coordinators) were familiar with the plans and they handled every little thing. We held our wedding at Camino Real Ranch and our planning team collaborated so well with the venue and the other vendors. We even booked our DJ service (with Brice!) and that also made things so easy - I knew that Jess and her team would choose the BEST DJ for us that she trusted and it worked out perfectly. I also loved when I would book vendors and tell them that I was working with 3 of Cups and they would be SOOO excited to work with the 3oC team because they're that effective and trusted in the industry! I would recommend this planning team to anyone and everyone!!! 3 of Cups had the best recommendations, the best support, and were so much fun to work with!

    We are so happy, the wedding was a whirlwind but the day went as smoothly as possible, and your team helped keep the train on the tracks whenever we had any issues arise. We are both extroverted, and me as an individual I am very organized and a huge planner and type A person. Tom, my husband is more go with the flow out of the two of us, but has a great eye and knows how to throw an incredible party. We got married at the Greenhouse at Driftwood, Harper and her team are excellent. 3 of Cups was so helpful with having our vision come together, upon first meeting with Jess and team I told her I was a super planner but the weekend of my wedding I just wanted to kick back and enjoy and celebrate with my husband. Once the wedding weekend was here that was the case, we both were able to feel like guests of honor for our day. They were very communicative, we had a terrible occurence happen where our cater, Royal Fig went out of business with no plan in place to help us or replace our catering contract with a new team. Jess immediately met with us, and sourced new vendors the same week, she was with us every step of the way, even going above and beyond assisting with the new tasting with our new caterer, Hanks (who was also incredible). The pre-planning set expectations for how Jess' team and us as a couple can work best with us week of and day of They kept us on track with finalizing our day-of and week-of schedule, Jess had the day detailed down to 15 minute increments. Yes, most definitely, their preferred vendor list helped us curate a wonderful vision and day. Watching our vision come to life, being able to overlook and watch the tent, the florals, the lighting, etc. get set up and put together as we got ready was magical. We were able to fully trust Jess and her team and sit back and enjoy. Jessica, Sarah, and Taylor were the magic behind the day. Katrina was there for our rehearsal and curated a seamless hand off from our perspective. If you are a great planner, and need a great partner who is a true expert in this space, 3 of Cups is the team for you, and if you are NOT a planner, 3 of Cups is the team for you. They meet you exactly where you are and take you to where you want to go. We feel so lucky to have worked with such a fantastic team.

    If you are looking for a world-class, organized and supportive wedding coordinator, 3 of Cups is our recommendation. We searched for someone who could help build out our timeline while also ensuring everything runs smoothly. The moment we spoke to Jessica at 3 of Cups we knew we had to hire her for our day of coordinator. The first thing that grabbed our attention about Jessica was the way she navigated through her process (Google Docs expert, navigating tabs to illustrate her point of view and having answers before we knew we had the questions ). We normally consider ourselves to be pretty self-sufficient when it comes to planning parties and events, but we knew we couldn’t do it all. We needed someone to help with the day of logistics. Jessica is truly a delight to get to know as a person. She made the process fun, put our minds to ease when we had doubts or concerns about how to do certain things and understood exactly the vibe we were going for. Throughout the process she offered advice but also was willing to listen to our suggestions. So happy we had Jessica’s expertise and personal touch to make our wedding day that much more perfect.
