With experience working at a venue and hitting over 100 weddings, Mary Anna has used her knowledge to create beautiful wedding experiences. The plus side is you get Mary Anna's full attention as there is a limited amount of weddings she takes on a year to best take care of her clients. Also, you do not get her for just the day or month before- you have unlimited communication. Mary Anna knows there is a lot that goes into wedding planning and wants you to know that she there with any advice or recommendations you may need. I have a Month of Coordination package that starts at $1350 for 2025 and $1500 for 2026 weddings. I can also create a custom package to fit how involved a couple wants me if they need more than a month. All packages include: Access to my décor closet, Vendor Management and Recommendations, Timeline Creation, Cake Cutting, Assistance with set up and clean up, Unlimited Communication, and Rehearsal Practice Assistance.

My Day of Coordination starts at $950 for 2025 weddings and $1050 for 2026 weddings. I can also create a custom package to fit how involved a couple wants me in their planning process. All packages include: Access to my décor closet, Vendor Management and Recommendations, Timeline Creation, Cake Cutting, Assistance with set up and clean up, and Unlimited Communication.

    Mary Anna was a lifesaver!! I am so grateful that I had her as my wedding coordinator. She communicated with me throughout my entire process. She was always available and responsive to my questions and concerns. On the day of, she took charge and had all details completed and organized. She made my wedding day stress free! Very professional and I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator!

    For my wedding, our venue required a day-of coordinator, which was the best thing that happened, because it allowed me to meet Mary Anna! When I met her on Zoom, I knew she was the right fit for us. Her kindness, her responsiveness, and her ability to answer any question you have (and there are so many!) make the overwhelming process of planning a wedding so much easier. I cannot recommend her enough, and would highly suggest hiring her for month-of coordination, as that last 30 days was such a whirlwind, and Mary Anna's constant communication - with me and with all our vendors - was priceless. She was an invaluable resource for all the questions I had throughout the planning process, she has experience with so many different vendors and venues, and she was a great support when things get stressful, as they inevitably do! On our wedding day, she was on top of everything; I literally could just get ready and be excited to get married, knowing everything was in her hands and taken care of. She is super smart, capable, organized, and the kindest person you'll meet. I don't know what I would have done without her; I know she probably had other weddings she was working on, but you would never know it - she will make you feel like you and your wedding is her top priority, because that's how she approaches her work. Our day went off without a hitch, and that is all due to Mary Anna's planning and organization. I can't thank her enough for all her hard work - she is amazing!

    Mary Anna was just amazing to work with and literally made sure everything fell into place and was executed with perfection. Our wedding wasn’t the most traditional, we used new vendors and caterers that weren’t on the “approved list” but she ironed every seam and the execution was SO smooth! She fought to make sure the weather would not affect our ceremony and moved the chairs herself and her husband after the rain passed to keep our outdoor wedding alive! Thanks for being amazing, if you’re looking for a coordinator you’ve found her.

    I cannot say enough positive things about Mary Anna. Starting the wedding planning process, my husband and I were unsure if we really wanted a coordinator as we both work in the hospitality industry and have planned many events ourselves, but took the jump and hired Mary Anna as our coordinator. Now that the day has passed, I can say with 100% certainty our wedding would not have been what it was without her. She worked so hard the entire day. An unfortunate series of events (Texas weather) caused chaos that could not have been planned for but this girl handled it like a champ. She jumped in and quite literally saved the day and she did it all with the biggest smile on her face. My husband and I along with our family and friends could not have been more impressed. If you are debating whether to hire Mary Anna as your planner, do not hesitate. She will be the best thing you could’ve done for yourselves! We love you and will be forever grateful to you!!
