As much as we know you will love your wedding day, we want you to enjoy your engagement. Our PHOX couples are able to have a calm, fun engagements that fit into their busy lives! We work with you to make sure we understand the full vision, and plan your journey. We work on the monotonous details from balancing the budget to ordering the right size linens. We make the requests, and work on the contracts so you can enjoy tastings and floral appointments. We pride ourselves on planning that is simple, straight forward and based on your personality. We can't wait to plan your "I Do" with you!

Description	With our wedding planning package you will have a PHOX event planner who will be your advocate and partner while take actions on your behalf to ensure that your day and all the events surrounding it are as stress free and enjoyable as possible. Up to 15 months of service	We are your planning partner to help you fill in the blanks in your vendor list. Your planner is here to tie together your vision in one cohesive package. What's Included: Up to 6 months of service 6 planning meetings Budget reconciliation Vendor search and connection All Wedding Coordination Services 2 Phox team members on wedding day Up to 11 hours of service on wedding day		This is a 6 week package that covers more than the bases your venue needs for your coordination. Dominique was amazing. We had the most productive wedding planning sessions and she organized everything for us. Her team at Phox executed our plan on the wedding day to the exact detail!

I had a fantastic experience with Dominique as my coordinator! I love that her Day-Of coordination is actually more like month-of. It was really nice to have her help out with vendor communications starting 6 weeks out and the creation of the timeline and table layout. I DIY’ed a lot so it was great to have her help!. She worked with me to make a backup layout 3 days before when the forecast was severe thunderstorms for my mostly outdoor wedding day (luckily, the rain missed us for the most part and I still got to get married outside!). The rehearsal went smoothly and we were able to practice a few times and ask any last minute questions. Then the day of our wedding, she helped to make everything go smoothly. Our ceremony started on time, and our music was queued perfectly, and I never once heard of any issues with any other setup. I was able to relax and enjoy the day! She was also great at keeping an eye on all of my vendors. She even noticed when my caterer left early and emailed them after the wedding to request a refund for the missed time. I am so glad we got a coordinator and I’m even more glad we went with PHOX!

Dominique was amazing! She was sweet, kind and most of all helpful. By wedding day, she felt like a part of the family. She was knowledgeable about great local vendors and helped prepare us for everything we needed day of.
