You want a team to take the lead! So you can focus on other priorities at work and home. Our event planning services start with understanding what you and your partner really want and building your vision. We find the right vendors, and we’ll plan an event to remember.

Perfect for people who need extra support to execute on their vision before the big day! We’ll style your event, create your timeline and detailed floor plans, + manage final vendor logistics. Day of Coordination included to make sure the event goes smoothly.

The guest list may be small, but you want something just as meaningful. Let us help plan something magical. We source 2 specialty vendors & we're there to manage the day *Ideal for the 3 hr celebration with guest count less than 50 people.

We'll be your backstage crew making sure vendors are in their proper stations, and we're there to solve any problem should it arise. Month-of Coordination starts at $1700. + Day-of decorator = $2400. Travel fees apply

    Working with Adoabi and Mel was a dream! I used Events in a Crunch as my day-of coordinator and they did not disappoint! Mel and I met a few weeks before the wedding to pass off all the vendor information and scheduling. Mel made sure our wedding day went flawlessly and I did not have to worry or stress ONCE throughout the day. Mel coordinated all of the vendor arrivals, programming, and clean-up on the day of and I couldn’t be happier that she was a part of our special day!

    Working with Adaobi was a delight from start to finish. She was very accessible during our planning process, even though we only hired Events in a Crunch for Day-of Wedding Coordination. Her work on our wedding day (decorating, coordinating vendors, directing and helping guests, and breaking down the reception) was flawless and allowed us to really relax and enjoy the day. Several guests noted her warmth and attentiveness.

    I’m so happy to be on so well organised wedding. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail and the organizer constantly helped and suggested. Thanks for the help with wedding flow ( it were around 100 people) and all important people were relaxed because they knew that you are near.     I had the pleasure to work together with Events in a Crunch at a wedding as a videographer. She was always ahead of schedule and when the schedule changed she fixed the issues before they happened. For instance, she immediately helped mic up guests, that spontaneously decided to hold a speech. This resulted in the bride and groom, will be able to look back at every speech from their wedding and not only the scheduled ones. She was also just a pleasure working with, kind, happy, can-do energy and I can’t imagine anyone more trustworthy to put in charge of an event.
