Two Girls and a Soiree are Event planners in San Antonio and surrounding areas. We love working closely with couples to create, fun, elegant, and lasting memories of their special day. We provide professional, detail oriented and personalized service throughout the wedding planning process and on your wedding day!

We go above and beyond, like driving to pick up Bride from hotel to get her to the church or picking up decor from Airbnb to get it to the venue, day of. We get close and personal with Bride and all those involved. We love what we do!

    2 Girls and a Soiree were amazing to work with! They have incredible communication and were with us every step of the way during our wedding planning process. Their professionalism and expertise shown through as they seamlessly coordinated our vendors and kept our families informed. On the day of our wedding, they ensured everything ran smoothly and were so friendly and helpful to our bridal party, family, and friends. I would highly recommend 2 Girls and a Soiree to any couple looking for an incredible wedding planning experience.

    Working with Brenda and Jackie from 2 Girls and a Soirée was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the beginning, they were great listeners, consistently checking in with us during monthly planning sessions, offering detailed advice, and intuitively knowing where we needed extra support. As the wedding day got closer, their calm presence and attention to detail kept our stress levels low — something both my husband and I are incredibly grateful for. On the big day, they were everywhere they needed to be, fanny packs on and fully stocked, handling everything with efficiency and ease. From managing vendors and the timeline, to making sure we ate(!), and even staying after the celebration to help with cleanup — they truly went above and beyond. They brought our vision to life so beautifully, and our guests had an amazing time. I can honestly say we would not have survived the planning process (or the day itself) without them. If you’re looking for a team that is organized, warm, responsive, and truly cares about making your wedding special — do not hesitate to hire 2 Girls and a Soirée. Brenda and Jackie (and their helpful husbands!) made our wedding not just memorable, but magical.

    We would have to continuously prompt the coordinators about checklist items, timeline of when items needed to be completed, and if they were able to find certain things needed for the wedding. We felt like at times we were doing their job of contacting the vendors and having to stay on top of the coordinators about when things needed to be done to make sure, we were meeting timelines. There were issues with catering we had to take care of on own. We were not planning to spend the extra money to feed our vendors. Per contracts this wasn't required by us to feed, but only to communicate and let vendors know in advance, which was done. The coordinators automatically added all vendors to the list to feed without asking us first. This is additional money that would've been spent without our consent if we didn't question this. The coordinators said originally that they would only do a walk through on the day of the wedding due Park 31 access only on day of and personal preference of coordinators. They had attitude about driving to our house to do such. When they arrived, they brought along their husbands who never once introduced themselves. They were unexpected strangers in our home, and this made the coordinators look very unprofessional by bringing family with them unannounced. We were told that walk through needed to start promptly at 5:30, but due to everyone getting off on a Friday and children involved, not till 5:50/6:00 did everyone arrive. Jackie's overall demeanor, standing and acting annoyed was very upsetting. Considering the large wedding party, we had more patience, and understanding should've been given. We tried our best to give communicate via ETA's. We were very upset because everyone noticed the unprofessionalism displayed by Jackie. All prior expectations for day of the wedding were discussed the week of the weeding, so a game plan was set. During our private vows people were entering the dining area when they were not supposed to. As per, game plan, the coordinators told us they would have all doors entering the dining area locked. So, during our video recorded private vow exchange, my husband had to tell them to go lock the doors so people couldn't enter that way. Next, our rings. When bouquet was returned to me after the pictures, I found my husband's ring on in and then mine had fallen off and onto the floor of the bridal suite. No one told us that they were on there. The coordinators came into the bridal suite and rudely asked my bridesmaids where the rings were? The coordinators were upset and even more rude when bridesmaids said they didn't have them because they were not given to them. After everyone in the bridal suite got on their hands and knees (mind you already in dresses) we found all 4 rings. After the ceremony, the coordinators didn't instruct/ dismiss guest and guest were left confused on how to leave/ where to go. No one was instructed that cocktail hour had started until after everyone basically got up and dismissed themselves and wondered around. The primary coordinator working with us, Jackie, was very rude. She displayed attitude to several people involved in the bridal party the day of and to us towards the end of the planning and day of the wedding. It was so bad that several people notice and would ask what her deal was because being that it was our wedding day, this was not the behavior we were looking for.

    Hello, 2 Girl and Soirée (Brenda and Jackie) did such a great job as our Wedding Coordinator. From the beginning to the end, they help us ask the important questions when it comes to the venue, services, and event timeline. They did such an amazing job with the decoration and making our special night memorable! 10/10 overall satisfaction
