    From our first call with Ben, we knew we would be in good hands for our September 2025 wedding. After briefly discussing the type of music we love, Ben immediately understood our vibe and listed off several other artists he correctly assumed we were fans of. Leading up to the wedding, he was very easy to communicate with, taking time to understand what we were looking for and the different vibes we were hoping to create. We were impressed with just how well-versed he is in different genres of music. On the wedding day, Ben brought that same positive and energetic energy, which made our wedding so special. We trusted him 100% with the party he was creating, and he did not disappoint! We also rented a photo booth from NT Weddings which was, of course, a total hit. (photos attached). We feel so lucky and appreciative to have found Non-Traditional DJs!

    Ben and his team are incredible at delivering the best beats and best service! As a wedding planner, I love when my vendors are timely in their communication and clear in their messaging.     We hired Non-Traditional DJs after going to an awesome wedding that they DJed, and happy to say DJ Matthew did an incredible job playing our wedding! We had our wedding at Crawford Park in Rye Brook (indoor cocktail hour and outdoor tented reception), and he saved the day when we had to move the dance party back inside after the temperature dropped suddenly on a super windy day. He moved all the equipment inside without interruption while we did speeches, and by the time they were over, we all moved in for dancing and he packed up the last speaker mic afterward. While all of this was unplanned, his flexibility was reassuring and made for an even better dance party than we could've predicted. Aside from the emergency switch, Matthew did an amazing job DJing the dance party and all of our guests said it was one of the most fun weddings they've been to!! All killer no filler. We preferred that our DJ didn't make a ton of announcements or talk over the music, and that's exactly their MO. My partner and I had specific playlists for cocktail hour and dancing, and when we had our call to go over the planning, we could tell Matthew knew what we were going for. He played a ton of music that we picked out and mixed in other songs that went with the vibe. Overall, the music from start to finish was fire, and I'd highly recommend Matthew and NTW DJs to everyone.
