If you're looking for a DJ, stop and book DJ Dan immediately. He is attentive, kind, so easy to talk to and will have everyone dancing and enjoying themselves. We booked him for our wedding at The Garrison in NY for a perfect spring wedding. We literally got so many compliments on his transitions, music choices. Etc. He won't forget any of your choices too. DJ Dan was an absolute joy to work with. His setup for the DJ area and photo booth was great and the music mixology was perfect throughout the evening. How do I begin writing this review??? DJ Dan Fudim was THE best vendor decision we made throughout our entire process. We let Dan know ahead of time how important getting the music vibe right was for us and he matched our enthusiasm every step of the way, inviting us to be very hands on in the process. He came prepared to our meetings with our planner and had every detail worked out ahead of time so there was nothing left in the air on the day of the wedding. He communicated extremely well with all of our vendors and all of our guests raved about how incredible the music was, and how seamlessly he mixed every song together to keep the party going the ENTIRE night. I’ve been to so many weddings where the dance floor is a dud because the DJ is just playing the same generic playlist, and that is not the DJ Dan Fudim experience at ALL- he wants everything about your event to feel so YOU. I wear a suit and tie, unless otherwise instructed or a more formal black tie event.

Absolutely! if your venue requires it, or asks for a "C.O.I." I can email it to them at any time.

I will arrive a minimum of two hours before guest arrival .

I do indeed. These services can be purchased as an additional add on from my A La Carte Menu.

Travel is $1 per mile round trip . Set up and Break down is included I am available for destination weddings, however there are associated costs involved. Please contact me if you have interest in using me for a destination wedding.

Sure, really up to you . My default policy is to only take requests that match your personal style and the style of music we are playing at the wedding, however I also like to only play songs that both you and your guests will know. Some couples prefer to give me full creative reign except for the formalities such as father daughter, etc and others tell me not to take any requests. Meanwhile, other couples tend to give me an entire playlist of songs they want to hear. Really depends on the couple.

Absolutely! Everything is all A La Carte so add things as you wish. I do have 3 separate sound systems to account for multiple locations such as Ceremony or cocktail outside in a different location than your main reception.

Taxes are included in the rate.

I have DJed at hundreds of venues. Each year I DJ at a dozen venues for the first time. In the event that I am playing at your venue for the first time I do the following things: I speak with your contact at the venue and ask any questions I have I arrive 3 hours before guests (rather than 2) I often make site a site visit before the wedding and even offer to be a part of your walkthrough at no extra cost to you.

Unfortunately, no. I would be afraid to bother my couple whose wedding it is. however I do have a bunch of mixes that I have recorded live on my mixcloud and soundcloud page. If you still do not see something you like let me know and maybe I can make a small mini mix just for you :-) Also I am the resident DJ at Raising Cane's in Times Square NYC. I am there 4-5 days a week during the day so you are welcome to come there to hear me play live, Just not at someones wedding.

If I had to cancel ( which has NEVER happened), I would give you a list of three DJs to choose from. If you decided to choose one, they would DJ your wedding on the same terms as we had agreed on. Same price. I would provide them with all the information you provided me. you would not have to provide it again. If you decided not to choose one of them, and to pick a different DJ, I would return your deposit and all funds paid and wish you the best of luck.
