Hello! I'm Lynne Damiano and I am so excited to connect with you! The moments I love to capture are genuine and simple, and preserve what is happening in the moment. I have a photojournalistic style and edit true to life with vibrant color. I capture the best moments in an unobtrusive way. A few more of my favorite things are hiking with our crazy rescue dogs, traveling with my family, making art with my daughter, and doing anything near or on the ocean (hence my business name!) I look forward to connecting with you and creating memories that you can reflect on for years to come.

We very last-minute hired Lynne to capture photos of our civil ceremony before our wedding abroad. We are so happy that we did! With very little direction, she captured exactly what I had envisioned and also made us feel so comfortable. She was also very encouraging throughout the process. We will treasure these photos forever, thank you Lynne!

I DO NOT HAVE CREDITS WITH ZOLA for a MEMBERSHIP. I CANNOT RESPOND BACK TO YOUR INQURIES. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED. PLEASE FIND ME ON INSTAGRAM ( emilycrencaphotography ) OR MY WEBSITE AND INQUIRE THERE! THANK YOU ------------------------------------------------ I have this magic touch. I can't really explain it, except for however and whenever I do things they become Golden. I bring you out of your comfort zones, I am directive, and I am really passionate about creating your own story. I am your hype girl, your best friend you never knew you needed and I aim to be your forever photographer for all your milestones and not just your wedding day.

I first met Emily when we hired her to be our wedding photographer! I saw her work on Instagram and loved her style. I was nervous to get our engagement pictures done, I thought it was going to be uncomfortable and awkward. As soon as you meet Emily you will understand why she is so successful. She made me feel like we had been friends forever, giving a boast of confidence! She communicated with us multiple times before the wedding to make sure she understood the timeline and what we were looking for. The day of the wedding I specifically loved how she took charge. Acting almost as a wedding planner instead of just our photographer! It relieved a lot of my stress and allowed me to enjoy the day knowing she had things under control. She left a lasting impression with the wedding party and guests because of how personable she is and how she will do anything to get that perfect angle! The photos came out beautiful, like something out of a magazine. A few years later I hired her to take pregnancy boudoir photos, again knowing that she would make a normally awkward situation fun and exciting! If you need professional photos please consider Emily, you will understand what I mean after just one conversation with her. I highly recommend Emily Crenca Photography!

Trevor Holden Photography

Warwick, RI
  • Photojournalistic style

Weddings for me are such a perfect setting for a photographer. No two are ever alike regardless of setting or season, the variables are endless. This creates a never-ending challenge with which to grow as a visual storyteller. All while being surrounded by people experiencing the best day of their life, I can't imagine having a better job

From the moment we reached out to Trevor Holden Photography, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. We had our engagement session in NYC and it was so perfect despite the cold weather. Trevor had never shot at the spots we chose but he knew exactly where to get the best lighting and backgrounds. We were obsessed with our engagement photos are are equally as obsessed with our wedding photos! Leading up to the wedding, he listened closely to our preferences and on the wedding day he captured all the special moments in a personalized, artistic way. The photos were absolutely stunning - we're thrilled with the quality and how they perfectly reflect the joy and love of our special day. Trevor pulled us at all of the right times to capture different lightings and we got every single picture we could have dreamed of. We highly recommend him to any couple getting married. We hope to work with him again for more of life's special moments!

I love capturing memories that last a lifetime. I bought my first DSLR camera as a hobby, not knowing that once I started capturing photos I would grow a passion for photography. For as long as I can remember I have a had a passion for art. Since I was a little girl I loved drawing and doing anything creative.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing each and every photo Holly snapped of us between our engagement session and wedding day photos (I attached a few of both day). She has captured some of our most special moments together and made me feel beautiful with her edits. Thank you for making our engagement and wedding special while captured on camera. Can’t wait to work with her again in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

I photograph weddings and have a great time doing it. I enjoy getting to know the couples I work with, and being welcomed into their weddings as family. This familiarity is what lets me document the day unobtrusively, and capture genuine moments as they unfold, allowing you to remain focused on the present moment.

We worked alongside Brad for our mutual client at a wedding at Meadow Brook Inn in Charlestown RI. He was a pleasure to work with and we hope to see him again at another event soon!

Paul J. Spetrini Photography

5.0

Warwick, RI

Well, if you're here looking for a wedding photographer, you need to find someone you like and someone you can work with. You need to find someone that makes you relax and smile on the most stressful day of your life. You need to find someone that will go above and beyond for you and treat you as more than just another paycheck or another folder of files on a hard drive. That's where I come in.

Paul was all-around everything you want in a wedding photographer! We met Paul at a wedding expo, and were attracted to his very evident knowledge of his craft and his reasonable package pricing. As our photographer, he was punctual, knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and most importantly he made us look and feel like our best selves. He ensured the wedding stayed on schedule and got every photo we wanted and we could not be happier with the results! Whenever we had questions, Paul was able to answer all of them promptly. He also asked us some questions that helped us identify things we needed that we hadn’t thought about. Paul also offered to have a second photographer for the wedding day. We chose to have a second photographer so that we could get some photos of the groom and groomsmen getting ready at the hotel while Paul was with the bride and bridesmaids. We knew that whoever Paul chose as a second photographer would be just as awesome as he is, and she was! We love the photos she captured of the men getting ready and during the wedding. The day after our wedding, we received an email from Paul with 25 sneak peek photos of our special day and a link to his editing queue! The photos were amazing, and the editing queue was immensely helpful and helped us keep track of roughly when we would receive our photos. Since our wedding was in October, we knew we wouldn’t be getting our photos for a bit, as Fall weddings are popular, so the editing queue was a really nice touch, since we didn’t have to email Paul to find out how our photos were coming along. We also loved that we could request some photos in advance to use for Christmas cards. Once our photos were complete, he emailed us to let us know that he would be sending us our USB in the mail. We received the USB photos in the mail within 3-4 days and loved all of our photos. The USB had all the photos from Paul and our second photographer broken down into folders, like ceremony photos, formal photos, reception photos, etc., and a document that described how everything on the USB was organized. Because it was so organized, it was very easy to find specific photos that we wanted to review. Paul also writes a blog post for each wedding and uploads it to his website. The blog post includes photos from throughout the whole day and it’s another way that Paul helps capture the magic of the day. It shows us Paul’s process and how he approached capturing our wedding! Overall, Paul works incredibly hard to make sure the wedding photos are the best they can be (he even laid on the ground to get some amazing shots of some sick air guitar of Kayla and her dad to AC/DC). If you’re in the market for a fun, talented, and professional photographer who won’t break the bank, you’ve found him!

When searching for a photographer, I was overwhelmed by the number of options available. Dominique didn’t make me feel pressured. She provided us with her wedding guide, which gave us insight into who she is. When we met remotely, I instantly knew she was the one. She was enthusiastic, listened attentively, and asked us questions about what is important to us leading up to the wedding and beyond. She was great to work with, and I knew what to expect. She drafted our timeline, offered recommendations, and helped us design it based on what was important to my husband and me. She curated a family shot list, and let me tell you, she did not disappoint. Her and her team were amazing.

Hi! I am a Rhode Island Wedding Photographer with a passion for capturing candid images that tell the story of your big day. I believe that every photograph has it's own distinct narrative, and my goal is to unveil these stories with every image. I thrive on getting to know my clients so I can implement their vision to its highest potential, ensuring a comfortable and collaborative environment, and delivering results that exceed expectations. This experience is all about YOU! I just get the pleasure of being along for the ride.

Awarded Best of Zola
One of the best decisions we made was hiring Mallory. We are "so-so" with the camera (not entirely shy but also "what do I do with my hands"- kind of people). Mallory was awesome to show some styles that she was thinking of and looked at some inspiration photos that we picked out (this was done way before engagement shoot and before our wedding day). She made our engagement session super relaxed and fun - her ability to capture "moments" of our relationship left us in awe. She would let us do our thing and then gently guide/direct us, which was exactly what we needed (some guidance with no "stiff" or "don't move" photos). Fast forward to wedding planning, we shared a brief list of "mandatory family photos" and she created a timeline (with our wedding coordinator's timeline) and we gave her full reign on creativity! Again, she excelled! She captured some beautiful moments and looking back - we could FEEL and remember those moments she captured. We are forever in awe of her talent and ability to capture our day. During our wedding day, we unfortunately had a nor'easter come through (some would say good luck) - so lots of rain. Mallory was beyond prepared. She brought us umbrellas (I had also gotten some) and she was quick to make changes as needed. We received SO many compliments on Mallory's work and how well she worked with our other vendors. Additionally, I appreciate that she never "stopped" our day - as in, interrupt what was happening to get a particular photo. Rather, she flowed with our wedding planner and found opportunities to capture literally so many beautiful moments! I'm so happy we trusted her because she saw things that we couldn't and we are forever grateful for that. I cannot recommend her enough!! She gained clients for life :)

Nicole Marcelle Photography

5.0

  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $4,600
  • Serves Warwick, RI

Hi, I’m Nicole (she/her) - a Rhode Island-based wedding photographer. I have more than a decade of experience shooting weddings of all kinds - and today, I work collaboratively with my couples to create photos that evoke how their day felt. Photos of honest and emotional interactions; small details that hold weight and meaning; effortless portraits that capture the feel of the surrounding space or landscape. The result is a narrative visual story of enduring human connections, and a chronicle of emotional moments that they can revisit time and time again.

I truly cannot say enough about our experience working with Nicole for our wedding!! From start to finish, she was professional, kind, and just incredibly talented. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera which was one of our main concerns, and this really showed in the photos. Nicole made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. She really helped us with planning out our timeline and making sure we had time to actually enjoy our day, not just pose for photos. Her attention to detail and calming presence made everything run so smoothly. She blended in seamlessly to the day, but was also there to direct and assert herself when we needed her to without even having to ask. We had multiple family members and friends compliment how well she directed the day and how she made everyone feel so comfortable! Getting our photos back was so exciting and seeing how they came out made us feel so overjoyed and just allowed us to relive all the feelings of that day over and over again. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer to capture our wedding day. She’s amazing, and we’ll cherish these photos forever!!

We had a 50 guest wedding, and we really wanted a photo of all of our guests - we are so happy that Keith made this happen! Hello! I'm Brenden, and my passion for photography began with a film camera from my Aunt in Japan. I spent nearly a decade in fashion photography, capturing style and elegance before transitioning to weddings. This vibrant field allows me to meet amazing people and capture their unique stories. Featured in magazines and awarded in Hong Kong, I continuously strive to enhance my skills. As a father of six, I cherish photography's power to connect us with our past. At Luminist Photography, I'm dedicated to capturing your love story with creativity and care.

Choosing the right wedding photographer is a big decision. You want someone who can not only capture the stunning details and magical moments, but also someone who you feel comfortable with and who understands your vision. We hit the jackpot with Brenden! We first had the pleasure of working with Brenden at our engagement shoot, and we knew right away that he was something special. He's not just a talented photographer with an eye for light and composition; he's also a genuinely warm and kind person who puts you at ease instantly. He took the time to get to know us as a couple, understand what we were hoping for in our wedding photos, and offered suggestions we hadn't even considered. On the wedding day, Brenden was a calming presence amidst the whirlwind of emotions. He expertly navigated the chaos, capturing everything from the moments of beautiful bride getting ready (which I of course didn't get to see) to the raucous dance floor without ever being intrusive. He even managed to wrangle our (sometimes camera-shy) family and friends into some truly heartwarming shots. But the real magic happened when we saw the final photos. Brenden's talent is undeniable. He somehow managed to capture the raw emotion, the unadulterated joy, and the tiny, precious details that made our wedding day so perfect. We laughed, we cried, and we relived every moment all over again through his lens. Brenden isn't just a photographer; he's a storyteller. He tells the story of your love, your commitment, and the sheer joy of celebrating with the people you love most. He's the kind of photographer who becomes part of the celebration, someone you'll remember fondly long after the cake is eaten and the dancing shoes are hung up. If you're looking for a wedding photographer who will not only deliver stunning photos but also create an unforgettable experience, look no further than Brenden. He's more than just a vendor; he's an investment in memories that will last a lifetime.

I found myself photographing weddings 5 years ago. Before that I was into documentary and travel photography. I traveled the world doing it. My passion for love stories began after a friend asked me to photograph their wedding. It was the most intimate experience for me, the deep connection and the responsibility I was granted by my friend felt nothing but honorable. After that I decided to give it a go. Fast forward, today my style is candid and non-obtrusive and of course I work with posing and I’m really good at giving people directions. My passion is to observe my subjects and capture them in a very natural, honest and uncontrived way.

Awarded Best of Zola
Marilia Lima Photography was a wonderful choice for our wedding photographer. Marilia was clear, organized, and professional in their communication with us throughout the entire process. Their work is meaningful, intentional and one of a kind. We selected them for their style which is natural, candid, and dreamy. Marilia was present and patient with Patrick, me and our families throughout the whole day, helping to capture the day with ease and grace. It was end of June and a little drizzly and Marilia embraced this and was able to capture some truly stunning detail shots in the rain. We did not do a first look so we did all our pictures after the ceremony and it never felt rushed; we were very at peace and were even able to make it to the cocktail hour. We were grateful for this. Marilia offers film as part of their standard packages, and I would highly recommend including this - one of my favorite shots so far is one they got of us under my veil on film. I highly recommend Marilia Lima Photography for your wedding day. Adding a few of the shots we got back on film below.

Kim Lyn Photography - Boudoir + Weddings

5.0

  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $5,000
  • Serves Warwick, RI

I'm Kim Lyn, a girlboss photographer that loves romance and natural light. I think your photos deserve to be as amazing as your story. If I'm not behind a camera you may find me curled up with a book, sprawled out on the couch binging on crime or romance shows, and eating (basically anything deep fried, spicy, soupy, or chocolate covered). I have a slight addiction with Coca Cola + Mountain Dew...they are my version of coffee. I adore laughing and will dance no matter where I am. Give me the sun, sand, and coast and you'll make me a happy girl.

Awarded Best of Zola
Kim will be my photographer for life! Or, at least as long as she'll have me. I first met Kim when my husband and I were searching for wedding photographers. We absolutely loved her timeless style and were eager to get to know her. We met up at a coffee shop and instantly felt a connection. She then snapped some engagement photos, helping us with posing along the way. It was a good sign of things to come! On our wedding day, Kim and Shiloh put us totally at ease. It was like they'd always been our best friends. They were warm and sweet and helped us cherish the day, all while keeping us to our schedule and getting us all the shots they promised with professionalism and clarity. When we ultimately got our photos back, we were so in love with how they'd captured the day. They say that your wedding photographer is your best investment - we couldn't agree more! My only disappointment was that we wouldn't be able to work with them again. A year or so later, though, I decided to gift my husband a boudoir album for his 30th birthday. I was so excited to be in front of Kim's camera again. She helped me feel so confident and made sure I was having fun. I'll also reiterate that she was incredibly professional and so timely. I look forward to the next chapter of my husband and I's life so we can have it captured by Kim and Shiloh. They are truly so talented at seizing life's most beautiful, precious moments. I can't speak enough to the relationship we were able to build with Kim and Shiloh. When you hire them, you're not just hiring a vendor. You're hiring a friend. That's exactly who you want by your side on the biggest days of your life - someone you can trust, someone who loves you for you, and someone who wants the very best for you. You will, without a doubt, get that and more with Kim Lyn Photography.

Tired of not seeing yourselves represented in the wedding industry? Welcome to the RTP fam - we're a husband and wife duo shooting a combination of digital, film and Polaroid photos so that your gallery will deliver all the vibes and capture your sick, nontraditional love. And because of all the time we'll spend together getting to know you and crafting the perfect photo timeline for your day, you'll feel like we're just your two best friends there to capture the moments. No matter your size, race, gender, sexual orientation or religion, we're here to hype you up as you share all your wildest wedding ideas with us!

Rhode Tripper Photography was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Meagan and Evan were awesome to work with- super supportive, fun, and really helped keep us calm. Meagan knows the wedding world inside and out and gave us such good advice along the way. She even taught me how to bustle my dress when I was fumbling with it, and they brought AMAZING energy to the dance floor / party that I am sure contributed to all the great shots they got. In full transparency, their price point was a little above what we had budgeted for photography, but in this case "you get what you pay for" came true. If you are on the fence about spending the money, it is so worth it- we'd make the same choice again in a second. They are worth every penny; the photos are gorgeous and capture everything from the big moments to the little ones we didn't even realize were happening. We couldn't be happier.

My name is Annie - I am a lifestyle and wedding photographer based out of Rhode Island. I live in the smallest town, in the smallest state with my extra large dog, Kingston. I document life’s big and little moments. Creating images that make you feel like you could step into them. I want to create a beautiful and timeless collection of images to forever memorialize your day. When you look back through these photos, I want you to be transported back to that moment as if you're right there doing it all over again.

Hi, I'm Kate! I am a full time photographer based in RI. I photograph hybrid 35mm film and digital portraits. I travel throughout New England and love working with fun, adventurous couples. Most of my work has a very natural feel to it. I capture moments, making for a very lighthearted, low stress day. I am a roll-with-the-punches sort of person, which comes in handy since no wedding day ever goes totally to plan! I focus on the joy, laughter, gratitude and everything in between! We’ll probably go adventuring a bit to get some really cool shots. We will definitely laugh a lot. Sound good? Check out my portfolio or get in touch to chat more!

If you’re considering booking Polar Square Designs, just do it! Kate was so responsive, professional, helpful and flexible. Neither my husband nor I love having our photos taken (especially in public) but Kate made us feel totally comfortable on our engagement shoot at the beach and we ended up with some incredible shots. The turnaround time to get our whole gallery back was so quick. Leading up to our wedding, Kate’s questionnaire helped us nail down what shots we really wanted and the timeline she came up with was very helpful! On our wedding day, Kate and the second shooter Allison worked together so well and made sure we got all the shots we wanted! Everything flowed perfect and they did an amazing job capturing our best day ever! We received a bunch of “sneak peek” images less than 24 hours after our wedding and they’re all so good! Kate’s creativity and skill are evident in the results. I highly recommend Polar Square Designs!

Hey friends! What is the value of a photograph? Well, if it’s art, then its value is determined by the status and popularity of the artist, in most cases anyway. If it’s that one moment at your wedding when your fiancé reads your love note for the first time, sheds that one tear they swore wouldn't happen, then it’s a moment you need captured and archived, because its value is incomprehensible. I’m going to capture that moment and preserve it forever you! Hi! My name is Mark! I'm a wedding photographer in Rhode Island and I'm really excited you're here. Send me a message, I'd love to chat with you about your wedding vision.

I’ve worked with Mark for several weddings and I recommend him highly. As a makeup artist I remember those fellow vendors that made my job easier, but most importantly, the day smoother and more fun for those getting married! He is friendly, calm, professional, unobtrusive and makes everyone feel at ease. I have heard from those that hired him how wonderful he was. He is confident in his craft and with people. It feels like he genuinely likes people and what he does. When I see his work, the colors are as vibrant as they were in real life and my makeup on clients is not “washed out”. In addition to his positive demeanor that makes him a pleasure to have around, and the makeup looking beautiful in his photos, I believe his photography style captures the spirit of the day and brings people closer to reliving the excitement and happiness of such a beautiful life event.

I’m Jen Lamy, and I became a wedding photographer because it is the best job in the world! As a creative professional, it allows me to be and do so many things at once; I’m a portrait photographer, a commercial photographer, a photojournalist, a fashion photographer, a businesswoman, a friend and consultant, and most importantly, a documentarian.

We had a truly wonderful experience with Jen. We live in NYC and were planning our Newport destination wedding long distance. From the first Zoom call, I felt like I was talking to a friend, and I was not wrong. We ended up talking for two hours and Jen helped me with all kinds of things that I couldn't just hand off to our wedding planner, (like how to do portraits with our complicated families and where to seat them). I described the look I wanted for our photos and Jen was immediately able to pull out examples from past weddings and samples of her work that were absolutely incredible and spot-on. On the day, everything went so, so smoothly. Jen showed up like an absolute boss with her lighthearted humor and genuine excitement, everyone loved her. I could see how my sisters and bridesmaids and even my stressed out mom opened up to her. The candids that she was able to capture are priceless. When I was planning my wedding, I didn't fully understand how valuable REAL photos would be. Now that I have them, I can't believe that I could have missed out on them! Two of my friends have already booked Jen for their weddings. Just book her, BOOK HER!

I’m a lively wedding photographer who creates vibrant and bold pictures. I'm based in Rhode Island, but travel all around New England photographing the weddings of fun-loving and creative couples. When I'm not hunched down behind a camera, I'm a wife, mom, voracious reader, and a well-known Wonder Woman fanatic. My family takes up most of my non-photography time. I'm a soccer-chauffer, a teenager piggy-bank, and a local foodie with my husband.

We first met Morayo when we used her as our engagement photographer, she worked with us to adapt and find a new site (twice) when the weather kept ruining our plans. Morayo met us close to our home and did a beautiful rose garden shoot with us. Then when the pandemic hit she was reassuring and flexible throughout our ever changing planning process. While we had to cancel our reception and had a smaller ceremony instead, Morayo was still able to capture our getting ready photos, ceremony and formal photos perfectly. Morayo was so fun to work with and really helped us relax in front of the camera. We loved working with Morayo and would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding, especially in these crazy times!

Hi there! I'm Kathryn Taylor. I received my first camera at age 10 and have been shooting ever since. I have been capturing weddings, proposals, engagements, and many other sessions professionally for eight years now!

My fiancée and I had such a great experience with Kathryn! She made us feel so comfortable as a queer couple, and the pictures turned out amazing. The photos were sent to us within a week, and the autumnal colors really popped! We’re grateful for Kathryn’s willingness to travel up to MA to make these gorgeous photos happen :)
