Lanise sent detailed recaps with action items after each of our weekly meetings, was available over text when I had questions, smoothly handled vendor communications and even some family coordination for speeches, conducted venue visits, and did an AMAZING job decorating and keeping things moving on the day of. She was dedicated to her role and surpassed our expectations of making the Wedding Day a dream. In the planning stages, Nicole was always available within 24 hours either by phone, text or email. From start to finish, Nicole considered all scenarios that might have presented themselves, was totally prepared and her attention to detail was impeccable. Nicole was always personable, wearing a Smile, never appearing perplexed or baffled with any of our inquiries. She happily offered suggestions from her vast experience for us to consider for our Wedding. Nicole created a detailed time-line from the Rehearsal & Dinner the night before the Wedding, early AM Wedding day hair & make-up for the Bridal Party, arriving at Wedding venue in the afternoon, all the way through our final dance and exit at the end of the Reception. Her professionalism paired with her kindness and deep understanding of what we were going through made us feel so secure and at ease (even when a hurricane hit during our family photos!) She kept me calm not only during the planning process, but was such a grounding force on the day of. She kept all of us (including the venue and their staff) organized and on schedule. She made my family feel special and at ease as well, knowing what to do and who to talk to every step of the way. She was the fixer of the day and night and never let my husband or I worry. If there was an option for 10 stars, that's what I'd give. Could not recommend Deanna and CBE ENOUGH!!!”

“I was skeptical about hiring a wedding planner because I wanted to do everything myself, but I’m so glad we went with Serenity Event Planning! We couldn’t have pulled off our special day without Janet as our day-of coordinator. In the months leading up to our wedding, Janet was in constant communication with me and made a point to check-in to make sure I was feeling stress free throughout the duration of the planning process. She answered my texts any time of day or night! Janet’s close attention to details, ideas, patience and hard work are what sets her apart from the rest. I showed her pictures of what I envisioned for my décor on the big day and she executed flawlessly. I didn’t think it was possible, but she brought my ideas to life even better than I could have expected. It was a HUGE sigh of relief arriving to the venue and seeing all of the décor, tables, and miscellaneous items set up hours before our ceremony was set to begin. Throughout the evening, Janet made sure to see that I was enjoying the evening and always had a drink in my hand. She worked exceptionally well with the wedding party and the other vendors I had hired and made sure that the night flowed smoothly. Even if you’re doing DIY décor, florals, etc. like I did and think you don’t need a day-of coordinator, I’m here to tell you that you absolutely DO. Our day would not have went as smoothly as it did without the support of our amazing coordinator, Janet. “We are so lucky to have had Jinsely Ariza as our wedding coordinator. From the start she was warm, kind, and a joy to work with. In the time leading up to the wedding, she made us feel at ease by thoroughly going over all the important details she would need to cover on the day of, including a venue walkthrough and planning with our local vendors (we live in a different city from where the wedding was so this was especially helpful!). On the actual wedding day, she executed everything with poise and flexibility, and doing it behind the scenes so that we could relax and enjoy our day. She even jumped in to help with unexpected tasks, like thoughtfully providing the bride a personal fan for the heat, helping bustle an unruly gown, and assisting with getting to the bathroom. She worked really well alongside our photographer, corralling people for photos and even jumping in to help with some dynamic veil shots. We especially appreciated her help coordinating all of the moving pieces and items– cultural traditional props for our ceremony, cards and guestbook, party favor takeaways, all while handling the vendors very well. Everything happened on time and without error (e.g. ceremony timing, dance floor opening up, cake being brought out at the end of the night) thanks to her hard work. Jinsely is super respectful, responsive, and remarkably organized. She has a very open, can-do attitude and just brought great energy to our wedding-team; she was part of the reason we felt like we had a wedding day dream team! We absolutely loved working with her. We can’t recommend Jinsely enough!”

I had several vendors who were coming throughout the day and she contacted them and confirmed everything in the week leading up. She even noticed a possible issues with delivery for one of them and fixed it without us needing to get involved at all. She did set up and take down of our decor and everything was exactly as I envisioned. We had an audio guest book and she made sure to get people to use it and that the older crowd had some help with it. Which was very important to us. She made sure the day ran smoothly so we were able to truly enjoy our wedding day with our guests. By the end of the day even the guests and vendors were telling us how wonderful she is.
