Best Wedding Teammate We Could've Asked For
We are so lucky to have had Jinsely Ariza as our wedding coordinator. From the start she was warm, kind, and a joy to work with. In the time leading up to the wedding, she made us feel at ease by thoroughly going over all the important details she would need to cover on the day of, including a venue walkthrough and planning with our local vendors (we live in a different city from where the wedding was so this was especially helpful!). On the actual wedding day, she executed everything with poise and flexibility, and doing it behind the scenes so that we could relax and enjoy our day. She even jumped in to help with unexpected tasks, like thoughtfully providing the bride a personal fan for the heat, helping bustle an unruly gown, and assisting with getting to the bathroom. She worked really well alongside our photographer, corralling people for photos and even jumping in to help with some dynamic veil shots. We especially appreciated her help coordinating all of the moving pieces and items– cultural traditional props for our ceremony, cards and guestbook, party favor takeaways, all while handling the vendors very well. Everything happened on time and without error (e.g. ceremony timing, dance floor opening up, cake being brought out at the end of the night) thanks to her hard work. Jinsely is super respectful, responsive, and remarkably organized. She has a very open, can-do attitude and just brought great energy to our wedding-team; she was part of the reason we felt like we had a wedding day dream team! We absolutely loved working with her. We can’t recommend Jinsely enough!

We knew right after our first call that Jin was the right choice; we instantly felt at ease with her calm and fun energy. She’s super organized, totally on top of everything. At our rehearsal and wedding day, we felt so taken care of. Jin coordinated all of our (many!) vendors, kept our families organized, set up our decor; basically handled a million things behind the scenes so that everything felt smooth and stress-free for us. We’re beyond grateful for her hard work and presence on our wedding day. Looking back, choosing her was hands-down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Couldn’t recommend her enough!

In the weeks leading up to the big day, she met with me several times, took meticulous notes, and proactively reached out to every vendor on my behalf, ensuring nothing fell through the cracks. On the wedding day itself, she was everywhere at once—overseeing every setup detail, adding last-minute décor touches, and always responding with a smile whenever I had a request. Not only did she keep our timeline perfectly on track, but she also tracked down relatives, friends, and vendors for photos without me having to lift a finger. As an extra touch, she discreetly collaborated with my husband to arrange a surprise for me on our wedding night—her thoughtfulness and attention to detail made it absolutely perfect.
