Could not have had a better wedding experience

We booked Keyta when the company providing half of our vendors had to be replaced 4 months out from the wedding, and it was the best choice we could have made! I went from feeling stressed to having all vendors rebooked and details being sorted within the first few weeks. Her recommendations were all spot on and her eye for detail is wonderful! She is extremely thoughtful and thorough. Her communication style is prompt, relaxed, and reassuring. As someone who doesn’t advocate for myself much, it was fantastic to have someone there asking vendors all the important questions! Our day was absolutely perfect, and if anything went wrong she did a dang good job of sorting it without us even knowing! I did not stress about a single thing other than the weather, and even that she had plans for. I honestly believe all her efforts made it possible for the wedding day to have been one of the best days of me and my husband’s lives! Could not be more grateful to have found her!

We hired Keyta as our day-of coordinator for our wedding at Renault Winery, and she was truly incredible from start to finish. Because she’s local to the venue, she was able to meet us on site multiple times and even met with some of our vendors in advance, which made the entire planning process feel seamless and stress-free. On the day itself, Keyta went above and beyond to ensure every single detail was handled. She coordinated effortlessly with all of our vendors, double-checked timelines, and made sure everyone was fully prepared for our big day. Her professionalism, organization, and calm presence helped us enjoy the day without worry. We’re so grateful for all of her hard work, dedication, and the personal touches she added throughout the process. We truly couldn’t thank her enough and would recommend her to any couple getting married!

Keyta was so professional & added so much fun to our wedding day! My husband and I booked her last year for the Photo Booth and audio guest book for our wedding day and everyone raved about how fun both were! She customized our experience to fit our day including the Photo Booth strips and even stayed extra time to allow our guests time to fully utilize both experiences. I can’t recommend her enough and would use her again in the future for any other events.

I was referred to Keyta, and her team about 6 months before my wedding. From our very first conversation, I immediately trusted her with helping my husband and I make sure the day flowed seamlessly. She was there from the very beginning, to the very end. She even made sure my husband and I had a dinner plate at our table!! That was special. The flower wall she provided was absolutely beautiful for my event, and matched my theme perfectly.. She took valuable time to call me during non business hours which I appreciated so much! She was calm, cool and collective. It really helped my stress level to have her coordinate our wedding. She answered all and every question I had during the process . When I walked in the room initially I was in tears for how well they put everything together considering it was a total DIY wedding. Keyta was also very flexible as well. The most important part was the kindness she showed throughout the entire process. I greatly appreciate her and her team for helping to create one of the best days of my life. It was such a magical day thanks to Keyta and her team. I would highly recommend her services for any event!
