They took care of all of the things I did miss - called out that there was no plan for trash receptacles, revised the number of glasses rented, added bathroom attendants, adjusted the number of staff etc, but an unexpected element (and maybe the most important) is that they helped me to manage difficult family members. She also was as able to translate my ascetic into reality so well, even when I had a hard time articulating it myself. For example, I told her “lighting” was important to me and she worked with a vendor to create the most stunning centerpiece, everyone complimented it (picture attached). I will honestly say that without her our day would not have come together like it did. Everyone tells you that something will inevitably go wrong regardless of how thorough your planning. Liv didn’t let that happen. The groomsmen forgot tie clips. Liv ran 5 blocks to pick up tie clips for the boys and was back before the girls even arrived at the church. Her foresight and planning were impressive but her ability to think and adjust on the fly is what made our day go off with zero issues. We cannot thank Liv enough for her help.
