Ayden is the lead planner and owner of Praks Planning. With a passion for design, organization, and management I started my event planning business. I prioritize open communication and collaboration with my clients, their families and their vendors. Ultimately, I LOVE love and creating lasting memories for clients.

Praks Planning is a full service event planning company. We believe that every event is unique and will customize our packages to fit the needs of our clients. We love to understand everyones unique style and vision and bring this to life. Our biggest goal is for you to enjoy your event and have as little stress as possible by allowing us to do the heavy lifting and day of coordination.

Description	Each wedding is unique and we offer a free consultation to discuss destination weddings and events. We offer full and partial event planning and design services for destinations.	Full service planning/design. We want you to be able to enjoy your engagement with as little stress as possible. You will be able to work closely with Ayden to make design decisions, choose vendors, and feel comfortable with your wedding day timeline. This is a great package for someone who wants a say in the logistics without the hours of research, communications, and design that go into wedding planning and execution.	With partial planning you will receive support throughout the planning process but will choose your own vendors and the bulk of the decor. Ayden will be there to connect with your vendors for timing and direction for the wedding day as well as aid with final design touches and concept.	Full wedding day of coordination, timeline creation, rehearsal, vendor coordination, partial set-up and so much more! We want you to enjoy your wedding day as we take care of the behind the scenes details.

I can’t say enough good things about Ayden! I hired her later in the planning process, and my only regret is not hiring her sooner. She truly kept me sane on my wedding day. From quickly bustling my dress so I could get back to the party, to even helping my dad fix the hem of his pants—she went above and beyond in every way. My venue went through three different coordinators in the span of a year (something I never thought would happen, especially at such a nice hotel in Maine). The communication was a nightmare, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Ayden. She was relentless in trying to get in contact with someone when I simply didn’t have the time—I work a full-time, demanding job—and I didn’t even hear from the venue until about three weeks before my wedding. We still had timeline issues that needed immediate attention, and Ayden took charge. She finally got me in touch with the general manager, and things smoothed out from there. By the time the wedding arrived, I was so burnt out that I gave Ayden very little direction on how to set up some of my decorative pieces—and she absolutely nailed it. Everything looked wonderful and exactly how I had envisioned it (if not better). She kept me on schedule, executed every detail perfectly, and made the day feel effortless. I know wedding planning is expensive, but the stress and anxiety are just not worth the hassle. Having Ayden there was truly priceless. She is calm, collected, and incredibly detail-oriented—exactly the person you want by your side on your wedding day. If you’re on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, let this be your sign—Ayden is absolutely incredible!

Ayden and her team at Praks Planning were absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. From the very beginning of our planning process, Ayden went above and beyond to make sure every detail was thoughtfully handled. She helped with so many different elements, big and small, and always made us feel supported and cared for along the way. Whenever I started to feel overwhelmed or stressed, Ayden was there with her calm, reassuring presence and practical advice that instantly put me at ease. On the wedding day itself, she and her team made everything run seamlessly behind the scenes so that we could truly relax and enjoy every moment. We honestly couldn’t have done it without her! Our day was everything we hoped for and more, and we’re so grateful to Ayden and her team for helping make it all possible.

At first, I was skeptical of hiring a day of coordinator as I am very organized and was pretty comfortable planning our day on my own. My main reason for hiring a day of coordinator was to not have to worry, to have someone who will help set-up things the way I would, and someone who I can count on to have all the answers for everyone else. Ayden went above and beyond. She is so calm and put together, she helped me more than I can put into words! We had a large wedding of 160 people with a good amount of intricate details. We also had rain that caused our entire ceremony to be switched a few hours before the start time. Ayden handled everything seamlessly. I seriously could not recommend her enough. She made sure my husband and I got wedding cake and extra dessert brought to our room with water for us at the end of the night. She is extremely kind and knowledgeable but encourages you to give your opinions and speak up. I also appreciated that Ayden had to make some executive decisions on her own like moving our LED sign where there wasn't a plug how I originally wanted it, she didn't stress me out with this question, she just handled it and made everything look amazing. I could not recommend her enough, we were so lucky to work with Ayden. I wish we could relive our wedding all over again with Ayden's help!

Ayden was absolutely amazing!! She made sure the day was as seamless as possible. It poured on my wedding day and that did not stop her! She was there for every single vendor. She took care of everything the day of, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She kept us on schedule and made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be. She helped me with some last minute small details and didn’t even bat an eye. I HIGHLY recommend Ayden and Praks Planning to anyone who is getting married! We also pulled this wedding off in 4 months. My day would not have been possible without her.
