Each spring, full-grown lilac azaleas scent the air with their sweetness, followed by a shower of tiny white confederate jasmine blooms spilling over the gazebo's filigree dome. Summer brings daylilies, gardenias, and fluffy blossoms of mophead hydrangeas mixed in with repeat-blooming impatiens and hybrid roses.

Natalie House by Wedgewood Weddings, formerly known as Little Gardens, in Lawrenceville, GA is a serene wedding venue with indoor and outdoor spaces. Featuring a manor house with lavish grounds, this estate provides couples an enchanting retreat is located in the Atlanta area. Blending classic architecture with contemporary trimmings, this location is ideal for a chic and ravishing party. Plants have been chosen to ensure that there is something flowering in every season. A waterfall trickles into the Koi pond and sets the tone for romantic "I do's." Inside the traditional Georgian mansion is a gorgeous ballroom with square columns and tall windows for an airy, classic feel. Natalie House is a full-service event venue outfitted with Wedgewood Weddings signature event packages and decorations through A Divine Event Design Studio. Flowers, décor, and facility upgrades are all taken care of through these trendy exclusive in-house designers.

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

San Marco Preservation Hall, a registered historic landmark, was built in 1888 as St. Paul's Episcopal Church. The Hall was moved across the St. Johns River and eventually made its way to scenic Fletcher Park on Atlantic Boulevard. Preservation Hall was renovated by and is operated by the San Marco Preservation Society (SMPS), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organized for the preservation and promotion of the San Marco neighborhood, which celebrates its centennial in 2025. This Carpenter Gothic-style hidden gem is available for rental along with Stockton Cottage - the perfect bridal suite!
