The courtyard is a truly enchanting space filled with luscious greenery, offering a gorgeous backdrop for a spring or summer wedding. A beautiful ramada stands as the centerpiece of the area, with bluestone pathways and cedar fencing adorned with fragrant jasmine and effervescent lights providing both privacy and ambiance. Tivoli lighting hangs delicately above the ceremony space to add an alluring, warm environment. The covered pavilion at the wedding venue in Atlanta affords the bride additional ceremony, dinner, or dancing space. Equipped with an extra bar and custom-fit sidewalls for the winter months, the covered pavilion is a grand addition to any wedding space.

Flint Hill was the best decision we made for our wedding! Their team went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. If you're looking for a venue that handles almost everything in-house, look no further. The entire planning process was smooth and virtually stress-free thanks to Flint Hill's professionalism and efficiency. Their Design Studio brought my vision to life - better than I ever imagined. The floral arrangements were stunning and left our guests in awe. The food and drinks were phenomenal — especially the chicken parmesan and the blackened petite ribeye. Truly top-tier catering. On the big day, we had the incredible Ms. Brenda as our day-of coordinator. She ran our rehearsal and wedding with military precision — in the best way possible! Her presence was calming, and she had everything under control from start to finish. Jessica, our venue coordinator, was equally amazing - always responsive, professional, and a true support throughout the process. I also wanted to mention that while we opted to spend more on food, beverage, design studio, etc., Flint Hill offers a variety of options for many price points. We never felt pressured by the staff to upgrade or spend more money. Booking Flint Hill was hands down the best investment we made during our wedding planning. Planning was a nightmare but day of was great

My wedding at Flint Hill had two different stories: The wedding day was fantastic, but the planning was a nightmare. I suspect the positive reviews reflect the former. I will share advice that I wish I had received before making a 50% deposit. My rating is based on the planning. The day of would get 4 stars. My wedding was scheduled for The Atrium, but we moved it to Flint Hill, eliminating Atrium-specific problems. Unfortunately, corporate policies and staff difficulties were present at both locations. - They provide a lot of staff on the day of the event, but some of them were people we had never met. We had an eight-minute call with our “Day of Reception Director” the week before the wedding. She is a part-time (weekends) employee who doesn't even have a company email address. - We were dazzled by Melissa's sales pitch. She spent 2 hours with us when we came in for a tour and it was great. We thought she would be a great ally in this process. She was super friendly and helpful through the contract process until we paid 50%. - We needed to read every version of the updated invoice to catch price changes. The price of our dessert was 9 until one day it was 9.50. They charged us 150 for early arrival with a 150 credit to cancel it out. One day that credit had changed from 150 to 2. Laura from the design studio “accidentally” increased the price of some tablecloths by 5 each. - Their contracts sometimes expire after two days, and they said we needed to sign before getting answers to our questions. This happened with 2 contract addendums. We asked questions. Melissa said “Any specific detail changes to this contract will be handled in the extended planning sessions.” - They marginalized me while behaving towards my husband. We had a recurrent problem where I would send an email, no response, husband reminds them, and they respond quickly. One time they ignored my email for five days. When he replied to my note, they responded to him within the hour. I don't know if it's because he's a man, he makes more money than I do, or they simply didn’t like me. - Menu changes come with an upcharge. You only get to put out one salad dressing. If you want your guests to have a choice, there is an 0.50 per person. Mashed potatoes come with no toppings. Want to add something as simple as sour cream or chives? 1 per person each. I want to thank Kristin, the CEO, for her help. Two months before our wedding, she allowed us to switch from the Atrium to Flint Hill because it was a better space for our needs. We had to pay 3,500 in additional fees, but we needed to do it, so we cut costs elsewhere to offset the fee

Sarah, Glad to hear your wedding day experience was Fantastic! Ultimately, this is what we work so hard for - a successful wedding day experience! Unfortunately, there were many misunderstandings on your behalf regarding pricing and add-ons during the contract and planning process, and as such, it clearly tainted your experience of the venue coordination process. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered concessions and accommodations throughout the process due to these misunderstandings, which were limited to our experience with you. It is unfortunate that after those gestures, and your own admission that many concerns were simply misunderstandings on your part, that you have chosen to pen this review. Once again, you have many wrong characterizations and assumptions here, which was a theme throughout the process. However, we are moving forward, using your feedback to drive us further in our goal of never-ending improvement and focusing on producing wonderful events for our clients each and every weekend! While we are saddened this will be a memory of your beautiful wedding day, we are glad that we were able to produce a fantastic wedding day for you, in spite of the challenges we experienced in doing so. We wish you and Barry only the best as you begin this next chapter together!

We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us with our event! From start to finish, the communication was exceptional. They made sure to stay in constant contact with us, answering all our questions and providing updates as needed. The planning was seamless, and they truly understood our vision, offering valuable suggestions to make everything even better. The service was outstanding, and they were incredibly flexible, accommodating any last-minute changes with ease. It felt like we had a true partner every step of the way. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, our event was a huge success, and we couldn’t have done it without them. Highly recommend!

From the moment we first reached out to Flint Hill, the team was incredibly fun, easy, and helpful to work with. They were extremely organized in planning every detail of our wedding reception, and the final product was absolutely beautiful. Despite having more guests than originally expected, the Flint Hill team was able to seamlessly accommodate our larger group and create the perfect outdoor setting for our special day. The lighting and decor they provided truly made our dream wedding reception a reality.
