Hardy Farm accommodates up to 32 people overnight and the property encompasses 13 acres with beautiful gardens and stone patios, fire pit, the farmhouse, barn, lodge, woodland chapel, and their own 103’ sailcloth tent. With the beauty of Lake Winnipesaukee at our doorstep, Brewster Academy offers the Pinckney Boathouse and adjacent Palazzo Field as a venue for weddings and other events. Located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, the view makes Brewster a popular location for weddings. If you are planning on a smaller, intimate wedding you may choose to rent out the Pinckney Boathouse only. If you are having a larger gathering you have the option of renting the boathouse and the adjacent field. Included in your rental fee with the Pinckney Boathouse are tables and chairs. We do not supply tables and chairs for outdoor events. **Please note, Brewster only hosts weddings from June-August**

The Watson homestead was established in Hiram, Maine in 1785 and is the oldest house in Oxford County. Located on 28 acres of rolling fields, soaring pine forests, stone walls and 1250 ft of Saco River frontage the house has been lovingly restored with an eye to historical integrity . The price includes Fri-Sunday and comes with a quaint and luxurious apartment for the nights. Beverly and Gus, the owners of this incredible property have filled it to the brim with elegant touches including fine art on the walls and excellent landscaping. The barn at ColdSpring Farm was built in 2008-09 and updated as a venue in 2019. It is a true post and beam barn intended originally for our horses but they prefer to be outside no matter what the weather or season! The barn is rustic yet elegant and has many lovely features to facilitate your special day! The downstairs is fully equipped for dining or dancing, cocktails or even your ceremony should rain threaten. The upstairs is bright, open and typically where dinner is served and a great place for dancing into the evening. A sweet Bride's Cottage sits near our ceremony area. It is a magical little cottage meant for the bride and her party. The ceremony area is fully of live edge benches and a beautiful cedar arbor. And finally, the patio has a large fire pit, a bocce court, rustic tables and plenty of spots for s'mores and fun throughout your day and evening.

While keeping its past integrity, we renovated it into a modern venue fit for luxury events. The Barn sits on 25 acres and can accommodate up to 225-250 guests. We have a separate ceremony patio, a lawn ceremony option as well as a cocktail hour veranda. Ceremonies can take place on the patio, the grounds or under the trees or almost anywhere couples would like to on the property. We are an a la cart venue, which means we are a blank slate for you to create the wedding of your dreams. we offer ceremony benches a wooden arbor and a good amount of decor and lighting. There are TWO 5 bedroom houses on the property for rent. These houses are perfect for your wedding parties to stay at, and get ready at.
