Don’t trust these guys!!
Irresponsible owner that is very poor with follow through. We were in touch with Jennifer in April several times over email and she said our 2026 wedding date was available. We asked to put down a deposit and she said we could, then ghosted us for 6 weeks. After 4 emails and 2 phone calls asking for her to please get back to us so we could put down the deposit she FINALLY got back to us in June saying she took a deposit from someone else for our date and was no longer available. If this is the way she runs her business I wouldn’t trust her with something as important as your wedding!

We do want to clarify that while we did communicate about your date being available at the time, no deposit was received to hold it. Unfortunately, without a signed contract and payment, we cannot guarantee any date due to the high volume of inquiries we receive. We try our best to follow up with everyone, but occasionally communication gaps happen — and for that, we sincerely apologize. We’re always working to improve our systems and response times so every couple feels heard and supported. If you’d like to discuss this further, we’re more than willing to speak directly to help clear up any remaining concerns.
