About this venue
Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. Whatever your style, with over 140 pieces of decor, if you can picture it in the space, we can make it happen.

East Room
Original windows and ample natural light make this an amazing ceremony or small reception venue.
The Boylston Room East has many elements of the original mill, including century-old maple floors, hardwood pillars and steel beams. Seven north-facing mill windows fill the space with soft natural light. This 2,700 square foot venue can accommodate up to 100 guests for a seated dinner, or 200 guests for a ceremony.

West Room
An elegant industrial space for your wedding reception. It has ample room for dinner and dancing all in the same room.
The West Room is a bright and spacious room with both brick and steel pillars across a modern, polished concrete floor. Overlooking the patio and front garden, it's a perfect canvas for any event and where we often host receptions. We included chairs and tables in a variety of layouts and styles.

Garden Courtyard
Urban gabion walls and industrial pillars meets curated landscaping and organic flowing beds, perfect for cocktail hours.
Both the East and West Rooms look out onto the Garden Courtyard. Designed by top landscape architects, it has stunning stone gabion walls, metal industrial pillars for high visual impact, and beautiful bistro lights. Located next to the East Entrance of Keystone Mill, and it's a perfect spot for a social hour, late-night snacks, or a dramatic send-off.

Above and Beyond Expectations!
From the very first tour until the last moments of our wedding celebrations, the Boylston Rooms went above and beyond our expectations for a wedding venue. Erin and Myles were phenomenal to work with throughout our planning process, and they made the entire experience seamless. Erin's kindness and compassion as we worked through a last minute family illness was incredible. Myles' preparation for anything and everything helped make us feel calm and supported throughout our day. We also ended our day with Alli who helped ensure our guests were shuttled safely back to the hotel and our belongings were gathered to help us end our day with everything we needed. Our guests RAVED about how beautiful the space was. There aren't enough words to describe how grateful we are to have chosen the Boylston Rooms for our special day. Not only will you have the most stunning venue, but you'll also get to work with some of the best people you'd ever want to meet.

We had the absolute BEST experience having our wedding at The Boylston Rooms! Myles and Erin are an absolute dream team!! Even though we had the time of our lives at the wedding, it was bittersweet knowing our time working with them had come to a close. As a queer couple, when searching for venues it was important to us to have our wedding at a place that actively showcased LGBTQ couples and made us feel as though we would be accepted and celebrated. The moment we walked through the door and got to talking and touring with Myles, we knew The Boylston Rooms had to be our venue! From there, the planning process was so enjoyable! Not a lot of venues offer such careful, personalized attention along with a HUGE room of decor to help your day come to life. They were happy to let us visit whenever we wanted to take another look at their decor and all our emails and questions were answered promptly. When the wedding week finally came, we honestly weren’t even worried about things going wrong because Myles and Erin had everything under control! My wife and I both almost never feel that way, so thanks to them we were able to have fun, enjoy our day, and just be in love with being in love!!! Do yourself a favor and book this beautiful venue and work with this INCREDIBLE team. You really won’t regret it!!

From our first encounter with Erin and Myles to the day of our wedding, the team at The Boylston Rooms was prompt, professional, and understanding. They listened intently to what we wanted and went above and beyond to make our day truly special. The venue was beautifully decorated, creating a gorgeous and welcoming atmosphere. They were efficient and organized, keeping the day's schedule on track while continuously checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, even making sure we had a chance to eat. Erin, Myles, and the entire Boylston Rooms team were simply the best, and we couldn't be happier that we chose them to host our big day.
The BEST place to get married!
I just got married on January 11th of this year and I can truly say The Boylston Rooms made my wedding day PERFECT. I cannot recommend this venue enough! Absolutely everything is flawless - from the beautiful venue itself, to the coordinating staff, to their reusable decorations, to the event spaces; I could go on forever. We worked mostly with Myles, and from the moment we met him he was nothing but kind, knowledgeable, easygoing, fun, accommodating, and just all around great vibes. I went into planning not really knowing what my vision was, which was not a problem at all considering the endless amounts of incredible decorations the venue includes, as well as books containing examples of different ways the rooms can be set up and decorated. It was so much fun to pick them all out, and the results were absolutely stunning. Myles was always quick to respond to any updates or questions we had. I struggled with deciding on certain details of the day and Myles never tired of helping with the decision making, or the hundreds of questions I asked. With their help, the planning process was smooth, efficient, and thorough - they reminded me of anything I was forgetting, suggested other ideas and options, and supported our visions/ideas. The wedding day itself was truly unbelievable. The care and attention to detail that this venue provides is priceless. Our wedding day was so smooth and we were able to focus 100% of our time on enjoying ourselves, visiting with guests, partying, and having the best time of our lives without having to worry about the timeline, event coordination, or even making a plate of food for ourselves as our coordinators took it upon themselves to make us plates. The staff at The Boylston Rooms are some of the most genuine, kind hearted people I have ever met. Beyond being incredible wedding planners and coordinators, they are just truly good people to be around. I can honestly say our day would not have been as perfect as it was if we had chosen any other venue. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much to Myles and the rest of the staff for making our wedding day the best day of our lives!
