About this venue
We are Northampton's newest, most modernized banquet facility, however Union Station has been a fixture for over 100 years. Originally built in 1897, Union Station pairs history and modernization, with our premiere 200 seat ballroom, three restaurants, and adjoining ancillary spaces such as The Atrium, The Lounge, and The Blue Goose. We host an array of events that are just as unique as we are! Weddings, rehearsal dinners, parties, corporate events, and more.

This space pairs modern luxury with the rich history of Union Station. Union Station was designed by H.H. Richardson, of the "holy trinity of American architecture". The Roosevelt Room is a clear nod to Richardsonian Romanesque architecture, while it remains the most modernized banquet space in the Valley. Perfect for large events such as weddings, but not to be overlooked for intimate occasions. Come see why this space is often called “the heart of Union Station”

CHOOSE THIS VENUE
Where do we even begin? We heard about this venue through a friend of a friend who said the wedding coordinator was the best. After a few tours at other venues and feeling stressed about paying for every chair and napkin, we made our way to Union Station and met Neil. He was a breath of fresh air and the venue’s beauty was unmatched. Neil made the wedding planning process so enjoyable. As a usually type A person, I was prepared for loads of stress, so everyone around me was surprised by how laid back my now husband and I could be leading up to the wedding, know we picked the right team. They were flexible, understanding, responsive, kind, and just always made us feel special. To Emma, our lead server of the day, who made sure everyone was on track at every moment without ever pressuring us. This place is truly a well oiled machine filled with the the warmest crew. All this to say, CHOOSE THIS VENUE. I’ll keep bugging people to get married here so I can come back as guest! It was truly the best day of our lives and a lot of that thanks comes to this staff. 5 stars is not even enough!

Union Station Banquets was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, they were flexible, responsive, and accommodating as we planned our special day. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, clean, and spacious - I was worried the room would feel crowded but it didn’t at all! We are still getting so many compliments about the food and service provided for our guests. The team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, decorating the space perfectly to bring our vision to life. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and are so grateful to Union Station Banquets for helping make our wedding day truly unforgettable.

From the moment we booked Union Station Banquets, Neil and his team were rock stars. They were never said no, so accommodating, and always responded quickly to any questions or requests we had. The venue itself is stunning and we didn't need to spend a ton on extra decor - everything was included with no hidden fees. Neil and his team made sure every single detail of our wedding day was exactly where it needed to be and on point with the timeline. I never worried about anything, as they were always checking in with my husband and I to ensure our special day went off without a hitch. Neil truly listened to me and my vision and they even let you get a sneak peak of the room before everyone comes in and they brough my year of planning to life. At the end of the night, everything was packed up perfectly to stop by in the morning to pick up! This is a day I will always remember as the most special day because of the incredible service and support from the Union Station Banquets team.
February Wedding
We cannot recommend Union Station enough! Neil and his staff were wonderful to work with, professional and attentive to all the details. They made the planning process fun and easy, and our wedding day was beautiful, and everyone raves about the food! We loved using the tunnel bar for photos and having the groomsmen hang out there before the ceremony.
