About this venue

Historic venue in Occidental Park of Pioneer Square. Our prime location space is light, bright, airy and minimal. It is a blank canvas filled with large windows, a corner space and access to Occidental Park right out front of our doors! Create the special day of your dreams! We've made our space as one stop shop, including resources to event planning, event design, floral design, dj needs, photographers + so much more, or bring in your own! BYO food + beverage. We do not have a commercial kitchen on site therefore food cannot be prepared on site, but it can be brought in and set up already made. We do have a small kitchen that can be used for light prep, and bar use.

    We could not say enough good things about 210. From the start to the end, Taylor was so helpful and wonderful with helping us plan our wedding. She not only rents this beautiful, historic space that reminds you instantly of an old school Brooklyn building, but she also offers floral and event design help. We were able to bring in our own catering and beverage vendors, as well as dj and photographer. We loved that they allow a blank canvas event style when most venues have preferred vendors only. 10/10 recommend!

    We had an amazing wedding venue and they supported about 100 guests. They were very easy to work with and communicated very well whenever we needed anything. We highly recommend using there venue as we had such a great experience!!

    I use 210 for all sorts of events and photo shoots. The space is such a unique venue that you will get a look you can’t get elsewhere! The staff is great and easy to work with especially when you work with them often!
