It is my mission to help you set aside any things that are causing you stress or anxiety so that you can enjoy the beautiful start to your marriage. I've worked with couples all over the mid-Atlantic crafting their perfect day, and I'm excited to meet you and help you on your wedding journey!
Tate + Co was founded by a fashion industry professional, so the eye for design is paramount, as well as attention to detail. No stone goes unturned to create the perfect event for our couples. We take immense pride in our work, so anything less than extraordinary is unacceptable!

Best Wedding Planning Service in the DMV!
Madi and her assistant Jordan were absolutely incredible! If she has your date available, BOOK HER! I truly feel that Madi and her team went above and beyond. I can be quite indecisive and Madi put up with my back and forth decisions, indecisions, and last-minute changes. She was incredibly responsive and never let more than 24-48 hours go by for a response. She crafted a wedding day timeline that accommodated any requests I had and alleviated any concerns I had. One of the button loops on my dress had broken the morning of the wedding and we lost some time getting ready focusing on fixing that. But Madi was able to reassure me that I was on time and nothing would go on without me. My husband and I did not feel rushed and everything went so smoothly; all décor was placed exactly where we envisioned and was absolutely perfect. Events and people were kept moving and on-time. Jordan was so helpful with family photos and holding my bouquet when needed. I had another issue with my dress and Madi was literally a superhero fixing it on the fly. At the end of the night, everything was loaded up where it was supposed to go. My husband and I were able to sincerely enjoy the day and not lift a finger for anything. I personally have a hard time letting go of control over things (thank you school group project trauma) but Madi and Jordan worked their magic, reassured me, and felt such relief knowing I could trust them! If I could have Tate Co coordinate our wedding all over again, I would in a heartbeat!

From the very beginning, Madi was so organized, professional, and attentive to every detail. She truly listened to our vision and made it come to life in a way we couldn't have imagined. Her team was always on top of everything, took over communication to lower our stress levels, and thrived with the freedom we gave her to make decisions that fit with what was truly important to us -- spending time with the people we care about. The day of the wedding was flawless, thanks to all the finishing touches Madi completed. I highly recommend Madi to anyone who hopes to trust someone to implement their vision, protect their priorities and help create the most stunning day. Working with Tate and Co. for our month-of wedding coordination was a dream. Madi was amazing throughout the process, and was quick with solutions to issues we experienced. Communication was fast and knowledgeable, and she kept us informed throughout everything. Originally, we were not planning to hire a coordinator, but our venue required one. I’m so glad that we did because Madi and her team went above and beyond anything I expected or asked for. I couldn’t have asked for someone who was better at their job. On the day of my wedding, Madi made sure everything looked beautiful, and solved several problems that we had. She and her assistant were so helpful, and made sure I felt beautiful and as stress-free as possible on my wedding day. I have no hesitation in recommending Madi for your event coordination!
Tate Co is amazing!
TLDR: Easy communication, handles everything, calming, amazing experience. Madi helped us plan and coordinated our wedding in June at the Eaton DC. We cannot recommend her enough!! During the planning process, she was the perfect balance of being the cheerleader for our ideas, and weighing in with her own when we needed another perspective. We felt pretty unprepared and clueless about planning a wedding, and Madi was so accepting of that and really validated us along the way. She handed all of the communication and emails, which was a huge task and a relief to hand off. On the actual wedding day, Madi and her team made everything feel comfortable and easy. Madi has such a calm demeanor that we completely trusted that no matter what happened, she was going to take care of it and it wouldn’t impact us. And it didn’t! We weren’t aware of any logistics going on around us, and Madi and her team made sure it was the most special for us. Our friends and family commented throughout the night and afterwards on how great Madi and her team were. I am SO glad and grateful we had Madi for our wedding, and I wholeheartedly encourage anyone looking for planning or coordination to go with Tate Co.
