| Description | From vendor sourcing to collecting those last-minute RSVPs, with our full-service planning package we are with you every step of the way. With our phase-based planning process, we help keep you on track by creating weekly tasks and providing helpful insights. Combining that with our pro tips and industry knowledge, getting to "I do" will be a breeze! | Our partial planning service is for couples who want to check the bigger items off of the planning list themselves but may need some assistance with crossing off the smaller details as the day gets closer. Partial planning can be customized to fit the couple's needs. This package typically starts six months before the wedding day! | Our wedding coordination package is perfect for couples who would like to do the majority of the planning themselves, but need someone to tie all of the pieces together and create an organized and seamless day. Best Vendor We Hired
We loved working with Kristen and her team! She went above and beyond, offering to do things to help ease our stress that we never would have even thought of asking her to help with! She even made a trip to our house when something we ordered last minute was delivered just hours before our wedding! Would absolutely work with her again, but will probably have to settle for convincing my sisters to hire her for their own weddings instead. We would highly recommend her full service planning! Even my mom agrees, she was the best vendor we hired for our wedding!
Great experience with full service planning!
We decided to hire Kristen for her full wedding planning services, as we reside in NYC but planned to have our wedding in Virginia Beach. We can truly say that Kristen’s services were invaluable from the very beginning of planning to wrapping up everything post-wedding. It simply would not have happened without her! As a couple who did not already have a predetermined vision of our “dream wedding,” Kristen was essential with helping us pull together a design board to help hone in on our look and feel. From there, she curated a list of options for all the major vendors to help us easily review and determine who fit our style and would be best to work with. As we progressed with our planning, Kristen helped us keep on top of all the various vendor meetings, deadlines, and provided us with advice and recommendations along the way. When we finally arrived at our wedding weekend, Kristen and her team were exactly who we wanted running the show in the background. She went above and beyond to handle all logistics across multiple events and venues to ensure everything went smoothly. If issues arose, they were often quickly handled and addressed without us even realizing it, which allowed us to be fully present on our big day. We would highly recommend Kristen to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner who not only goes above and beyond, but is also truly a pleasure to work with along the way. We could not have done it without her and for that we’re forever grateful!
Kristen is THE best
Kristen is single-handedly responsible for creating the best day of our lives. From the first meeting she was so fun, organized, efficient and asked questions I would have never thought to ask myself. She is THE reason the day kept moving as it should. She communicated with vendors so I didn’t have to which was such a weight lifted at the 60 day mark with so much going on. All of the vendors commented about how wonderful she was. She also has the perfect personality for this job- so incredibly nice but would also keep a friend or family member in line if it was needed (it wasn’t, but she had my back always!). The biggest blessing was the setup and tear down help of the venue, she would not let us lift a finger and it was the absolute easiest move out the next morning. I would choose Kristen again and again.

Wedding planning felt overwhelming at first, and we truly didn’t know where to begin. When we discovered the idea of hiring a day-of coordinator, Kristen stood out immediately and she turned out to be everything we didn’t even know we needed. From our very first phone call, she instantly put us at ease, took the time to really get to know us, and even shared recommendations for vendors we were still looking for.Kristen is not only warm and funny, but also incredibly detail-oriented. She guided us through the entire planning process with so much care and clarity, answering every question (and there were many!) with patience, whether by phone or email.On our wedding weekend, she brought our vision to life in the most beautiful way. Even when our rehearsal was hit with a full-on monsoon, she didn’t miss a beat. Every behind-the-scenes hiccup was handled so smoothly that we didn’t even know they were happening leaving us free to truly enjoy our day.Kristen’s calm presence, organization, and genuine kindness were exactly what we needed on such an emotional day. We can honestly say our wedding would not have gone as smoothly without her, and we are so grateful for everything she did to make it feel like a dream.
