After successfully planning and executing her wedding (and postponing and replanning during a pandemic) Melissa Andrea Bressner and her mother Andrea Koumjian founded M&A Designs with one goal in mind: to design and execute unforgettable, personal weddings. From small, intimate affairs to large-scale celebrations, we strive to host weddings that not only aim to impress but also create unique experiences for our couples and their guests that last long after the music stops.
We're different because we are customizable. Since Melissa planned her wedding start to finish, we completely understand the emotional rollercoaster that goes into the process as well as the different needs and visions of each couple. This positions us to be better able to support couples as they do it. We’re uniquely positioned to be realists since we know how the day goes, as well as enthusiastic since we’re doing this purely because we love it!

Terrific Surprise Party!
We couldn’t have asked for a better planner to make my husband's surprise 65th birthday celebration unforgettable. Every detail was thoughtful and seamless, from the location to the timing of the big reveal. Our guests were so touched, and the guest of honor felt celebrated and loved. Truly professional, creative, and a joy to work with. I highly recommend!

Melissa and her team at M&A Designs had elite communication, especially in the weeks leading up to the wedding. I was texting Melissa random thoughts and she executed everything flawlessly. Their work was top tier and perfect - I couldn't have done it without them. The day would have been impossible without Melissa and her team. They contributed so much to making our special day truly amazing. I am so happy we got the chance to work together!!!!!

Melissa was a joy to work with. Competent, friendly, and got every detail right (she even forgave us for missing a meeting with her and rescheduled quickly!). She made everything easy and worked well with the other vendors and the venue.

I worked with Melissa in the months leading up to the wedding and she prompted me to consider things about the wedding that totally slipped my mind which was invaluable to me. She was an empathetic and calm sounding board during the stress of wedding planning - I never felt pressured in my choices and Melissa was always a source of expert guidance whenever I needed it. On the day of the wedding, we got the opportunity to work with Jess, who supported us from start to finish. Jess was everything we hoped for in a day-of coordinator and more. Her organizational skills were impeccable—she kept track of every little detail, ensuring that our timeline ran smoothly and every element of our vision was perfectly executed. Her attentiveness was incredible—she was always present when we needed her, yet never intrusive, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment of our wedding day. Thanks to her timeliness and professionalism, everything went off without a hitch. We were able to fully relax and focus on celebrating with our loved ones, knowing that Jess had everything under control.
