My name is Jennette and I would love to be a part of your special day! I got into wedding coordinating on accident! One random day a few years ago, one of my friends asked if I would assist her in a few of her weddings. From that day on, I have been working weddings and my interest in them grew! My company is named after my beloved doggie, Lilo. She is a boxer mix hound, and she is surely a sassy one! She is lively, fierce and isn't afraid to have a good time. My vision for Lilo Weddings is to deliver a stress free and memorable event while working side by side with amazing vendors on the couple's wedding day!

Everything you need in a wedding coordinator!
Jennette was absolutely amazing as our wedding coordinator! She is incredibly detail-oriented, very responsive, and always has such a friendly and upbeat attitude. From the very beginning, she made sure everything was organized and ran smoothly. On the wedding day, she made all of our guests and vendors feel welcomed and at ease, even through the inevitable chaos that comes with a wedding. Because of Jennette, the day went perfectly—everything flowed seamlessly, and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. No one came to me with questions because she handled it all effortlessly. She’s also super punctual and always shows up early, ready to take charge with a smile. Another huge bonus is that Jennette provides a ton of complimentary décor with her coordination package, which really helped bring our vision to life without having to buy or rent as much ourselves. She also offers great partner vendor discounts, many of which we took advantage of and were so happy with the results. We’re so glad we chose Jennette as our wedding coordinator. She truly made our day stress-free, beautiful, and unforgettable. We can’t recommend her enough!
A must-hire coordinator for weddings in NOVA
Had the pleasure of working with Jeanette Le as the wedding coordinator at Raspberry Manor this past weekend, and I can’t say enough good things about her. From the moment we arrived, Jeanette had every detail under control — timelines printed, vendors checked in, and everyone knew exactly where they needed to be. As the officiant, I really appreciated how organized and communicative she was leading up to the ceremony. She made sure I had everything I needed — from the cue for the processional to the mic check — and she did it all with calm professionalism that instantly put everyone at ease. You could tell she had spent weeks coordinating with the florist, DJ, and photographer, because the whole day flowed effortlessly. Even when little things popped up (as they always do at weddings), Jeanette handled them quietly and efficiently before anyone even noticed. She balanced being in control with being approachable — always smiling, always helpful, and somehow everywhere at once. It’s rare to see someone so professional, composed, and genuinely kind in the middle of what could be chaos. The Bride and Groom were lucky to have her, and any couple would be too, but I was just as lucky as a vendor for her to be the point person I was dealing with. If you’re looking for a coordinator who keeps everything running seamlessly while letting you actually enjoy the day, Jeanette is absolutely the one to call. :)

The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding Day
We hired Jennette from Lilo Wedding as our day-of coordinator, and she went above and beyond from the start. She showed up for the vendor walkthrough and rehearsal despite it being far away from her base , shared vendor recommendations early on, and truly made sure everything came together seamlessly. Our wedding had a lot of complex, moving parts — catering from a Chinese restaurant, separate event staffing, and a venue that needed everything brought in— Jennette handled it all with calm confidence. She kept everyone organized, was incredibly responsive, and made the day feel effortless for us. We trusted her from day 1, she was on top of all of the contracts and little details we would never think. A true PRO! I also chose Jennette because she’s Vietnamese-American, and I loved that she understood the cultural details that mattered to our families while still embracing our modern vision. She truly got what we wanted on every level. It really showed through during the wedding day and her interactions with our families. If you’re looking for someone who’s warm, organized, and genuinely cares about your day, I can’t recommend Jennette enough. She was such a grounding presence and made our wedding day feel absolutely seamless. Side note: her vendor recommendations were also TOP TIER! Loved all of the people that came together for us. What a dream weekend with a dream team.
