We are a diverse group able to service any & all hair types and textures, as well as flawlessly match and custom blend foundation shades for all of our clients as well. We’ve worked in every facet of the beauty industry, from bridal, to celeb work, TV/film, fashion & print publications. Envy Makeovers LLC was a fantastic choice for our wedding day beauty needs. Her communication throughout the planning process was prompt, professional, and informative, putting us at ease. On the day of, she arrived early and worked seamlessly to get our bridal party ready in an stress-free manner. The quality of Adrienne’s work was truly top-notch - the hair and makeup was professional, and showed a clear understanding of our desired looks. We felt beautiful and confident thanks to her expertise. Adrienne’s fun, upbeat energy also helped set the perfect tone for our special day. We highly recommend them!

My wedding was 4/26. I was expecting Adrienne, as was discussed. And was thrown off when Iman showed up. I was never informed that someone else would be coming. We were asked to have everyone ready to be in the chair by 8am since the artist would get there 10-15min early. I had everyone there 7:50 and Iman didn’t show up until 8:20/8:25am. I needed to be in my dress at 1:30 for my first look and I wasn’t able to go upstairs to change until 1:50pm. Throughout the morning I felt that she was able to take her time with each woman, helping with changes, helping previous women after finishing with another. And then when it got to me I felt rushed, unable to really make changes when the hairstyle I presented wasn’t being done, and when asked about lipstick because I don’t normally wear any— I was presented with two gloss options that don’t suit me. I had asked for a simple up do and her version looked NOTHING like the inspo photo I brought. So I just ended up asking her to keep it down. I did not like my makeup at all. It seemed to dull my face and I feel like I looked much older. I was extremely excited to work with you. Then at 2:00pm when I washed my face and was running close to a hour late for my first look—- I was regretting not doing my own thing in the first place. One photo is hair style I presented…. The other is the artists interpretation.
Response from vendor•May 2, 2025Hi Kimberly, you booked and never requested a specific artist. You had a trial scheduled with your artist Iman back in Jan/Feb, and you then cancelled the trial. Day of Iman was on time, however you did not make anyone aware that parking was limited , and it took her about 30 min to find parking. She was in at 8:15, which per the contract is covered under the grace period allowed day of , for both clients & artists incase these things happen. You opted to go last and were indecisive about the look you wanted, changing it several times (both hair and makeup) which contributed to you being late for your photos and that rushed feeling, the artist tried multiple looks for you, however because you cancelled your trial and were not sure of your desired look you wanted prior to day of, that made things a bit more difficult. We wish you the best and congrats.
