I’m a wedding planner born and raised in Northeast Wisconsin with a lifelong love for weddings. From working in a bridal boutique to planning celebrations across the country, I’ve experienced every side of the industry. My background as a coordinator and bridal hair artist taught me how to blend beauty with behind-the-scenes precision, so my couples can feel fully present knowing every detail is cared for.

What sets me apart is my hands-on experience across every side of weddings, from bridal boutiques to coordinating and even bridal hair—combined with a blend of creativity and meticulous planning. I focus on personalized, stress-free celebrations that reflect each couple’s unique love story.

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner! From the beginning, Kaytlyn was incredibly helpful in reviewing and explaining all of our vendor contracts, making sure we fully understood every detail. She had fantastic recommendations for photographers, DJs, and makeup artists each one we ended up booking was exactly what we were looking for. Planning a formal wedding came with a lot of etiquette questions, and Kaytlyn guided us through everything with professionalism and ease. One of the standout moments was how Kaytlyn ran our rehearsal organized, efficient, and clear. She communicated exactly when and how each person needed to walk, keeping everything respectful but direct. Everyone felt confident going into the big day thanks to her leadership. We are so grateful for Kaytlyn’s support throughout the entire process. Highly recommend to any couple looking for a reliable, experienced, and calming presence during wedding planning!

Kaytlyn Roze was an amazing wedding planner who made our special day completely stress-free. From the moment she arrived until the last bite of dessert, she handled everything with professionalism and care. Kaytlyn's communication style was easy, fast, and straight-forward, which was exactly what we needed during the busy wedding planning process. She was quick to respond to all of our questions and had everything written out for us, ensuring we were always informed and prepared. Kaytlyn constantly checked in on me (the bride) and made sure the groom and groomsmen were calm and where they needed to be throughout the entire event. Her attention to detail and family-feel approach truly made our wedding day perfect. We could not have asked for a better wedding planner - Kaytlyn Roze is simply the best!
