My hope is to simplify the lead-up to your best moments, allowing you to sit back, relax and be present in every minute of your magical celebration while I handle the day's details, setup, communications, logistics and everything in between.

My goal is to provide you with peace of mind, knowing that on your wedding day I will be there to tackle whatever may come up, allowing you to maintain excitement and anticipation throughout your engagement/planning journey. Partial planning services are perfect for the couple who wants to be hands-on in the planning process but also values having the guidance & expertise of a professional to lead the way. At a high level, some of the inclusions that set this package apart from coordination services: additional meetings, vendor team sourcing, basic design guidance/sourcing & budget advice.

Perfect for the couple who is putting their heart & soul into planning their wedding, but wants to be able to be present day-of & enjoy their celebration to the fullest. I step in towards the end of your planning process to tie up loose ends & work to understand your vision/plans for the day so that I can execute while you sit back & enjoy!

    Hiring Sarah and Anemone Events as a day of coordinator for our wedding was a straight up game changer! It was obvious from the start that Sarah had an incredible attention to detail and truly loved helping couples dream weddings become a reality. She was extremely responsive to any and all of our wacky questions and did a great job helping us make a time line and dealing with my crazy family. During the wedding itself, I don't think I ever saw her or her assistant not doing something. The day went off flawlessly and Sarah is a HUGE reason things went so smoothly. We truly cannot thank you enough, THANK YOU!

    Anemone Events was an exceptional wedding planning partner from start to finish. Sarah and her team were punctual, informational, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.     You need Sarah for your wedding day!!! I cannot say enough good things about her and how amazing she is at her job. She went above and beyond just “day of” coordination, doing so much work the last few months of planning. On wedding day she handled every little thing that came up and allowed me to just relax! From tying groomsmen’s bow ties to handling our late shuttle, not a detail was overlooked. Truly could not have had the wedding that we did without her!!
