Working out of Lombard, IL, I am a type A planner from the very center of my heart. I love lists, schedules, budgets, and all things organized. Weddings are my passion because they involve so much coordinated detail in every phase of the day from start to finish. I love to see my client's vision for their special day come together with every check off the to do list. I have been coordinating weddings since early 2018, but have been networking in the industry for several years now. I love working with all of the gorgeous venues we have here in the suburbs of Chicago and can't wait to get started planning your dream wedding.
I like to pride myself on my positive attitude, calm, collected demeanor, and budget conscious spirit. I can work with any budget to create a vision you will love and I carry out that vision as a team player with the rest of your vendors because we are in fact a team together to bring your dream to life.

You need BreAnn on your wedding day!
BreAnn was a pleasure to work with. From the start, her communication was great. She was always on top of things and highly adaptable. Her presence was especially appreciated when I accidentally forgot to pause before walking down the aisle, requiring her to quickly fluff my dress. She was also very reasonably priced. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator to help make our special day a success.
Absolutely wonderful
Breann was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She made the entire wedding planning process so much easier with her organization and attention to detail. Whenever I had a question or concern, she was always there to respond quickly and ease my mind. On the day of our wedding, she was a true lifesaver, handling everything with grace and ensuring everything ran smoothly. She worked seamlessly with all our vendors, and I could truly enjoy my day knowing she was handling the details. I highly recommend her to any bride!
Best wedding planner
Working with GrayterEvents was a great experience overall. Their communication style via email, text, and phone was very responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. They were flexible in accommodating our budget and provided great value, helping me find the vendors and services I needed within my price range. There was some initial miscommunication between all my vendors, but GrayterEvents was able to step in and ensure everything still came together seamlessly for our special day. I'm grateful for their guidance and would highly recommend their wedding planning services.
Spectacular
BreAnn was a fantastic day of coordinator for our big day. Her communication was prompt, fast, and great throughout the entire planning process. She was very attentive to detail, great listener, and truly got the job done seamlessly. BreAnn made sure we had everything we needed and was always 10 steps ahead, allowing us to fully enjoy our wedding.
