With over 15 years of professional event and wedding planning experience, we will work with you to create a custom package that fits your wedding planning needs, budget, and vision. ​What sets us apart from our competition is experience. Prior to launching HFE in 2016, Heather worked with a well known caterer in the Milwaukee area which gave her unmatched experience in venue sourcing, event logistics, and event flow/timeline creation. Description

This is our signature package. There for you every step of the way, and involved in as much or as little as you would like or need. We work together as a team to make sure that your wedding is exactly what you have dreamed it would be.

This package is for the couple who needs a bit of guidance in terms of vendor recommendations (based upon budget and personality matches), timeline and budgeting, but is willing to do the bulk of the planning themselves.

Services begin 2 months prior to your wedding. Our coordination package includes 10 hours of service on the wedding day. All coordination packages include coordination of the rehearsal, set up of personal items, and event coordination. We meet to review details and create a custom timeline for your day, a vendor directory, and ensure everything is in order. We contact your vendors to confirm their arrival times and the details of your contract.

Help filling in wherever you need it. From researching vendors, to stuffing envelopes, managing RSVP’s, confirming vendors, making seating arrangements, putting together programs, we help to fill in the blanks! Billed at $75 per hour.

    I am greatly disappointed in the services of Heather Farr Events. At my August wedding, I did so much work. The photographer and videographer were constantly asking me questions, and I had to keep everything on track - this was not my responsibility. It was the responsibility of the planner, who failed to manage the timeline, and at one point, my husband couldn't find her to assist with opening the door to our bridal suite so I could change before my first dance.

I have not heard from you directly following your reviews and me openly welcoming a conversation in August following your wedding. While I’m sorry that your day did not feel seamless from your point of view, my team did carefully follow the confirmed timeline, coordinate with all vendors, and do our best to ensure everything runs smoothly. We acknowledge that there was a minor error with the welcome table set up. Unfortunately, we cannot control whether certain vendors choose to approach us or the couple with questions, despite our efforts to be the point of contact throughout the day. Additionally, venue staff are the ones responsible for locking and unlocking suites or rooms, as planners do not have access to those areas. Our team was packing up your decor during that time.
