This service is for clients planning more intimate gatherings of up to 50 guests. Covers all aspects of event planning from venue booking, choosing vendors, designing, staging, sourcing décor, tracking RSVPs, & working under shorter deadlines.. Included in this package, unlimited communication, meetings, and covers the entire time from when you book until the end of event day.

This service is for clients planning a larger wedding of 50 or more guests. Covers all aspects of event planning from venue booking, choosing vendors, designing, staging, sourcing décor, and tracking RSVPs. This package combines all of our Planning & Design services into one. Fully Customizable

Day of-$1750 Set-up & tear down of all decorations. Orchestration of ceremony. Direction of vendors, deliveries, guests. Assisting bridal party preparations. Detailed time keeping. Month of -$2200 Includes “Day of Coordination”. Extra inclusions are rehearsal coverage, assisting RSVPs. Confirming vendor, meetings, arrivals, and contacts. Full detailed itinerary for event day. Unlimited communication.

    Where to begin with how much Dusti made our wedding day and made our vision come to life. When I told her that I was envisioning a lot of greenery like when we hiked in Olympic National Park in Washington and a Lord of the Rings essence she knew exactly what I was talking about! She made communication easy and personable with videos chats online if we could not meet in person. She made a mood board that was very detailed to make sure we were on the same page which was extremely helpful. She had items we could rent and also helped guide us on what to purchase. My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets she made me instantly brought me to tears they were so beautiful. Honestly everything she made was so unique and special which was exactly what we were looking for. We wish we found her sooner in our wedding planning because she is incredible! The amount of stress she took off our shoulders was immense. She reached out to all the vendors to relay the timeline, she set up all the decorations for the ceremony site and took those down to bring to the reception site. Also decorated the reception site, set up the memorial table, guest book and gift table....then took down the decorations at the end of the reception and made sure they got to a safe place with our family or us. She set up our rented photobooth which is above and beyond what she had to do (packed that up as well) . Also, shout out to her assistant that day Samantha who is pregnant. Thank you!! Overall, I highly recommend Dusti. She was constantly in communication and made sure we could always reach her every step of the way. She is so incredibly talented, completely professional and her creativity and diligence did not go unnoticed. I can't thank her enough for making our wedding day so special.

    I am the mother of the Bride and Dusti could not have been more amazing! The wedding was exactly what my daughter was envisioning! So easy to work with and great communication. She will not disappoint. She did the entire set up and take down. Then loaded everything where it needed to go so no one had to worry. Plus she is super nice. Could not be more happier!

    We had Dusti for our day of coordinator and couldn’t recommend her enough! We had so many comments from our guests saying how smooth the wedding went and how perfect everything was! From our initial conversation I knew Dusti would take care of me and bring my vision to life! She had an amazing planning process and come the day she set everything up and took everything down and made it easy for us to put in our cars! From the little things to grabbing us drinks or taking my girl out and retouching my hair, I couldn’t thank her enough for making my day go by so smooth! She was incredibly professional, timely, and organized, I knew she had everything handled and couldn’t imagine my day with out her!

    We had the absolute pleasure of working with Dusti as our month-of wedding coordinator for our wedding at the Best Place at the Pabst Brewery in Milwaukee, and I truly can’t imagine the day going as smoothly without her! From the moment we brought Dusti on board, she made us feel calm, confident, and supported. Even though we had most of the planning done, Dusti stepped in seamlessly—organizing timelines, confirming details with vendors, and asking questions we hadn’t even thought of. She has such a calming presence, and her experience showed in every interaction. I also just felt like I was working with one of my girlfriends which made it even easier to trust Dusti with the details. On the day of our wedding, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Dusti kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes, handled last-minute adjustments with grace, and made sure we could stay fully present and enjoy every moment. It truly felt like she had everything under control—and she did! If you're looking for someone who is organized, kind, professional, and genuinely invested in making your wedding day the best it can be, we can’t recommend Dusti highly enough. She 100% understood our vision and helped us execute it. She was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process!
