We believe in providing the best experience possible from our first phone call, until after your wedding day. We strive to have quick and efficient communication, invest into the best client resources for our couples, and treat each wedding day as if it were our own.     From the moment we started working with Save the Date Planning, we knew we were in good hands. Johnna and her team were incredibly flexible and responsive, always quick to address any questions or concerns we had throughout the entire planning process. They were truly hardworking, knowledgeable, and creative, helping us tackle every obstacle that came our way. Johnna and her team made our dream wedding come to life, and I didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day of the wedding. I can't thank them enough for all of their efforts in making our special day so perfect.

    The Save the Date team went above and beyond to make our wedding the most amazing day. We communicated with Johnna leading up to the day and then Kat was with us for the rehearsal and day of. I can't say enough amazing things about them. When my flower girl got hurt at the rehearsal, Kat was there to keep us calm. The day of - we dropped off our 3 cars full of stuff and she took the few inspiration photos we had sent her and turned both venues into something beyond what we ever could have imagined. We got behind schedule with hair and makeup but Kat kept calm and continually reassured us that everything would be perfect . And is was. She did all the work and we truly got to enjoy our day. She even reminded us to go to the bathroom before we ate dinner lol. I have no idea how she did everything and will forever be grateful for her. I cannot recommend Save the Date enough!!!

    Johnna with Save the Date Weddings and Events was an amazing wedding planner who helped make our special day run smoothly. She has a kind, efficient, and thoughtful communication style, and her years of experience were evident in how thoroughly and expertly she planned everything. Even when our photographer arrived an hour late, Johnna handled it perfectly by tweaking the timeline - she truly has a plan for everything! Guests kept raving about how well organized all the events were thanks to her. Johnna isn't just focused on the logistics either; she genuinely cares about the couple and making sure your wedding vision comes to life. She goes above and beyond with thoughtful touches, right down to having an emergency kit on hand. She even had a little heart shaped straw for me to drink water with and not ruin my makeup! Johnna truly thinks of everything. The way she decorated and set everything up was the most beautiful and perfect setup I have ever seen! I truly couldn’t have dreamed of my wedding looking more beautiful or fairytale esque. I'd highly recommend Johnna for her professional yet caring approach to wedding planning.

    Johnna is the woman you want on your team, bar none. I thought I was an organized, type-A bride, Johnna is on a whole another level of keeping things organized, having things where they need to go on the day of, seeing out my vision, and dealing with family/friends/vendors. She's calm, cool, and collected on the day, gets it all done, and still somehow makes small-talk with you to keep you calm! Honestly, this woman is a rockstar and I'm not sure what we would have done without her.
