As your straightforward sounding board, we'll help you narrow down your Pins and hear out your dreams. (Heck, we'll even dream with you.) And we'll help you navigate your feelings, ideas and even your mom! But you should also know that if one of your ideas won’t really work – or there is a better way to approach your idea, we’re going to tell you that too! Because, trust us, you might think a trolley filled with your wedding party is a great idea. But the air conditioning of a bus is better than diesel fumes any day - especially during summer in the city.

Your Been There Done That Experts With us, you've got a " been there, done that" expert in your corner who understands the world of events. Someone diplomatic - who knows how and when to speak up to get things done tactfully. We'll listen to your concerns and make sure they're handled. We'll walk into your venue with big smiles and 40 extra copies of the most recent/correct floor plan. And we'll communicate with the venue, vendors and day-of team to make sure your wants and needs are honored. Basically, we’ve got your back ALL day in ALL ways!

Perfect for couples who want to lead the vision but need expert support along the way. We refine your plans, guide key decisions, curate vendors as needed, and keep the process clear and stress-free. You stay in control with a pro in your corner at every turn.

Our elevated coordination begins 4 to 6 months before your wedding. You get a custom planning portal, timeline support, vendor guidance, and a team that steps in early to keep everything organized. On wedding day, we run the show so you can be fully present and blissfully stress-free.

    Throughout planning, Diane offered guidance when we needed direction and listened when we knew exactly what we wanted. Budget was my biggest concern, and Diane was realistic about costs from the start; when all was said and done, we stayed within our budget. The wedding day itself went smoothly, with no confusion or stress around logistics. We were able to enjoy every moment. I don’t know how we could have done it without an experienced planner. Diane and HBIC were worth every penny for their support in choosing a venue, sourcing vendors, and ensuring a seamless, stress-free wedding day.

    We loved working with Diane! Our wedding would have been a mess if it had not been for Diane! We both work long hours out of state and Diane singlehandedly planned everything for us so that when we walked into our wedding it was a fairytale for the both of us. She thought of things that we needed that we didn't even know we needed. She communicated well with our families and provided clear instructions and timelines for our families and wedding parties. We would recommend Diane to everyone we know and we feel so lucky that we had the best wedding planner who created our absolute dream wedding. Our friends and families could not stop talking about how great HBIC was after our wedding. We will be singing her praises from the rooftops forever!

    Deciding to work with HBIC and Diane was, without a doubt, the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. From day one and all the way through the final moments of our big day, Diane made us feel like a top priority. She kept us on track, and focused with decision making and planning. Diane is organized, systematic, pragmatic, creative, conscientious and warm. Most of all she is a complete and total expert at her craft of planning and executing thoughtfully curated and extraordinarily beautiful events. We had many guests comment that our wedding was the best wedding they had ever attended; this is entirely thanks to Diane! Throughout the planning process, it became very apparent how well-respected Diane is in the industry. She managed every aspect with consideration and thoughtfulness from choosing top-notch vendors, budget considerations and delicate family dynamics. Diane treated me with kindness, humor and guidance when I was about to spiral into a ball of stress. Her responsiveness and consistent communication was reassuring that she had her finger on the pulse at all times. She took the edge off and brought a reassuring perspective to every quandary and worry I had (and there were countless). Diane truly made us feel like ours was the only wedding she was planning because of how attentive and involved she was throughout. In the end, not only did she plan the best wedding I could have ever dreamed of having, but she also has become a friend to me. If you choose to work with Diane (which you absolutely should) just know, you will laugh more than you expect to and you can rest assured that your wedding will be nothing short of fabulous.     “Honestly, I can't say enough good things about HBIC Weddings. Diane and her staff are amazing. My daughter and I knew that we wanted to go with Diane after our first conversation with her. Diane knows the industry inside and out, which is super helpful. Also, she's one hundred percent committed to giving the bride and groom the wedding that they want with great consideration taken for the budget as well. The thing I loved most about working with her is that she is so straightforward. She'll give you her honest take on things, upsides and downsides, so that you have all the information you need to make solid decisions. And her vendor recommendations were spot on.
