Audrey Walsh Events & Co. is a boutique event planning company serving Boston and the southern New England area including Rhode Island, Cape Cod and the islands. The goal of our services is to liberate you from logistics, and ensure that you are able to be fully present at your event and immerse yourself in the joy of every little moment.
I have planned events for thousands of attendees and hosted high-end, intimate dinners for ten honored guests. I have a passion for planning! And after planning my own wedding, I decided I wanted to take all of my organizing, producing and logistical mastery, and use it to allow couples or hosts to be totally present on their special day. I love details, I love timelines, and I love love! I am excited to work with you to bring your dream event to life.

Best decision we could have made!!
I honestly don’t know how we could have done this without Audrey. Our venue was a bit out of the ordinary, but she embraced the challenge and helped us see how to make it work beautifully. She was organized, thoughtful, and so easy to work with. She is always one step ahead and always keeping us calm (even when there was a bit of a situation just outside the venue!). Thanks to her, everything came together perfectly, and we got to just enjoy our day surrounded by the people we love. We’re so grateful for all she did to make it happen.

Working with Audrey was truly the best decision we made for our wedding. From the very first meeting, she brought such a calming presence, incredible organization, and genuine excitement for our big day. She listened carefully to our vision, offered thoughtful suggestions we never would have thought of, and handled every detail with precision and care. Our wedding day could not have been as easy and flawless without Audrey. From the moment we met with her, I knew she would be the one to help the day of. Throughout the planning process she made timelines, lists of outstanding items, and though of all of the little details. She was was direct in her communications, clarified if she didn't understand the vision, and very responsive. Audrey kept us in mind just about the entire year. She went through our rehearsal and handled all of the moving parts with ease. I did not have a single worry that anything would go wrong on the wedding day because I knew that Audrey had it covered. We truly enjoyed our day without having to think about anything. By the end of the night Audrey had our belongings backed into two neat boxes and ready to ship us off.

Audrey was an absolute dream to work with! From our first meeting, she took all the stress of planning off my shoulders. We created a custom package that fit my needs, and she kept everything organized with spreadsheets and checklists. She coordinated our rehearsal seamlessly and, on the wedding day, ensured everything ran smoothly with a calm and kind presence. Audrey made sure all the decor was perfectly in place, and I truly never had to worry about a thing. She was so on top of everything! I was initially hesitant about hiring a planner, but Audrey quickly proved she was essential in making our day stress-free and magical. I highly recommend her for any wedding planning needs!
