Exceptional planner
Sarah exceeded our expectations in every level! She was extremely organized and thorough in the planning process and a huge help and pleasure to have her around on the big day (and so was her team). There wasn’t anything too big or too small for her to handle. She even helped us tremendously with our cookout the next day (which was not in the scope of work). Overall she was delightful and we would highly recommend her! Thank you Sarah! We couldn’t imagine that day without you!
The actual best
Rosewood Premier Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding!! From the very beginning, Sarah was always quick to respond to our questions (and I had a lot of questions)! Her communication was fantastic - she was so attentive and available. The vision board she put together was beautiful and captured exactly the look and feel we were going for and I don’t know how she made it actually happen! We couldn't have pulled off our special day without her expertise and guidance. Rosewood Premier Events truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect, even running out for a Red Bull when my husband crashed after dinner! Nicole was also amazing day of and we’re so beyond happy with our wedding! Such a rockstar team, thank you so much!!! Highly recommend!
Incredible wedding coordinator
Long story short - hire Sarah/Rosewood Premeir Events to coordinate your wedding right now! We had the event we dreamed of thanks to her expertise and dedication. During the month before as we put everything together, Sarah was a wonderful, clear and very responsive communicator. She made time to meet several times in person and virtually to meet us, ask about our vision, preview the venue and meet vendors, and was always available for a call, text or email. She understood right away what we were looking for in terms of the vibe and flow of our wedding, and never pushed us to do anything but gave us some great perspective, options and guidance. It was clear to us right away that we could trust her to communicate and coordinate with our band, food vendor, venue and photographer on our behalf. On the day of the wedding, she quite literally did the work of 3 people over a 12 hour day beginning with set up and ending with clean up - everything seamless. Thanks to her, we didn’t have to lift a finger or make any decisions at all - we could just enjoy the celebration with our loved ones and each other. The loving, joyful and fun memories we will have forever from our wedding day are in large part thanks to the work Sarah did. Can’t imagine not having worked with her - thank you Sarah!

Sarah was a clear standout from all the planners we met. My initial impression of her was that she was warm, kind, and professional. She didn’t expect us to have every detail figured out and was incredibly welcoming from our very first conversation. We hired Sarah as a full-time planner, and she was always available to text, email, or chat about anything and everything. I still wanted some independence when it came to design choices, and she was very respectful of that. She is extremely organized and always came prepared—asking the best questions during vendor meetings. She also served as the main point of contact for all our vendors, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Since we’re currently out of state but wanted our wedding in Massachusetts, Sarah went above and beyond for us. She visited all the venues we were interested in and sent us videos so we could make informed decisions from afar. I met Sarah in person for the first time on our wedding day, and immediately noticed how sweet and endearing she truly is. She exudes grace and came fully prepared with everything we could possibly need. Even though she had never worked with our venue before and the weather was unpredictable, she remained calm and composed throughout. Since we didn’t do a rehearsal, the bridal party and I felt a bit lost—like herding blind sheep! But Sarah handled it like a pro. She was always exactly where we needed her to be. Her team member Nicole was also incredible—my dress straps broke from dancing, and Nicole stitched them back good as new. I truly could not have done this without Sarah.
