Known as The Superwomen of Weddings! Spending over 8 years in the event industry combined with her bachelor's degree in hospitality, she has worked her way up the totem pole from set-up teams to banquet server, bartending, captain, to now and forever a professional wedding & event coordinator. She also knows how to drop some moves on the dance floor... you'll have to ask her!

Seneca Lake Wedding
We hired Jade for our wedding and could not be happier with her service. From the initial consultation to the day-of coordination (and everything in-between!) her communication was fast, friendly, and efficient. She handled every detail seamlessly, ensuring our wedding day went off without a hitch. We felt completely at ease the day of our wedding knowing Jade was handling all the little details. Even my bridesmaids loved her and still bring up a joke she made at the wedding whenever we are at other weddings! Jade truly went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. We highly recommend her to any couple planning their wedding!

We’re based in Boston and planned our Rochester wedding from the distance, so having someone local was essential — and Jade was everything we needed and more! As someone who’s very organized, I mainly wanted a planner who could take the stress off on the big day. Jade went above and beyond to make sure that happened. She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful — especially when I was indecisive or overwhelmed. She guided us through timeline decisions, managed last-minute changes, and always stayed calm and reassuring. She also helped us book amazing vendors — including our florist, DJ, and transportation — and was super mindful of our budget. She even included thoughtful touches like sparklers and signs without extra charges. On the wedding day, she quietly handled everything, even helping my sister-in-law when she wasn’t feeling well. Her presence was steady, warm, and exactly what we needed. We’re so grateful for Jade and would absolutely recommend her to anyone — especially if you’re planning from afar or want someone who truly cares about making your day feel special.
Amazing Wedding Coordinator
Jade was such a big help and was an AMAZING wedding coordinator! She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and consulted me first if she thought something should be moved or changed to make everything more efficient! She made sure all the time lines were met and always had a big smile on her face! The guests loved her and I would definitely have her for future events!
