The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding

Choosing the right photographer is a big deal—truly one of the decisions that can make or break your entire experience. We met Nathan at the very beginning of our journey, during our engagement shoot at the Biltmore Estate. We were both nervous, awkward, and completely unsure of what to expect. Then Nathan arrived, and everything changed. Within minutes he had us laughing, relaxed, and genuinely enjoying ourselves. That was the moment we knew he wasn’t just talented—he was special. So when it came time to choose someone to capture our wedding in Sedona, we took a chance and asked if he would fly out. Honestly, we thought it was a long shot… but he immediately said yes. And thank goodness he did. I will never forget the moment he walked into the room on my wedding day. I had just started feeling that wave of nerves while finishing my hair, and the instant Nathan stepped in, I felt completely at ease. How does he do that? He has this quiet magic about him—an ability to ground you, hype you up, and disappear into the background all at once. His passion is infectious. His eye for intimate, meaningful moments is unreal. And somehow, while capturing every single one of those moments, he manages to remain practically invisible. When we received our gallery, we both laughed, cried, and sat there in awe. It felt like reliving the day, but through the lens of someone who truly understood us. To put it simply: Nathan is gifted. Exceptionally, unmistakably gifted. We even showed our engagement photos to another top-tier photographer, and her reaction was: “Book him immediately. Literally could not be happier that we went with Nathan as our wedding photographer and videographer for our Asheville wedding! We cannot recommend Nathan highly enough! From the very first meeting, his positive energy and passion for his art were absolutely contagious. Nathan immediately put us at ease with his warm, friendly demeanor and made the entire process such a joy. Before we even saw the final results he brought such positivity and enthusiasm, making everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera, including some camera-shy family members. Nathan felt like an extension of our family and wedding party, seamlessly blending in while still managing to capture everything. We are forever grateful!
