    I had the pleasure of having Joy do my makeup for my wedding day. I'm from Texas but had a destination wedding in San Diego. I booked through a company for my hair and makeup based on our planner's recommendation. Joy was the first to reach out to me to introduce herself, confirmed her arrival time and showed up early to setup to start at the designated time. I appreciated her professionalism throughout the whole day. She did my mom's makeup first and Joy was very patience with her as my mom has dementia. She even redid her makeup without hesitation as my mom wiped it all off from her eye tearing up. Joy did my makeup for the big day starting with my eyes, my only direction was making my eyes pop and she understood the assignment! I loved my overall look and felt like a beautiful bride! I would recommend Joy to anyone on their special day.

    Joy is the best! During my wedding makeup trial, she was very attentive to all my requested details and gave me the exact look I hoped for. When I wanted to change up my look for the day of the wedding, she called me and discussed every detail again. She is so thorough and I’m so appreciative especially as a perfectionist. My wedding makeup itself was amazing. The ideal bridal look while feeling soo light and fresh. I gladly wore it all day and wasn’t rushing to take it off at the end of the night. Joy is truly a joy to work with and I am so glad she was there on my wedding day. Thank you thank you!!

    Joy did my makeup for my May 2025 wedding and she was amazing! My makeup looked flawless and seriously lasted all night even with the heat and all the dancing. She made sure I was happy with everything, always checking in to see if I wanted more or less of something. I felt so beautiful the entire day! I truly recommend her, she's the best!!
