I'm an artist who loves cake. I graduated from the USC Roski School of Fine Art with a BA in Fine Art and Italian. In 2008 I began my official culinary journey, working for some of the top cake companies in the US before opening my own San Diego wedding cake studio in 2020.

It quickly grew to the point I could no longer work my other job at the hotel I was working at, and had to choose between the two.
