Do You Offer Travel Options

Muse Bridal Artistry is proudly based in Atlanta, Georgia, and provides on-location bridal makeup services throughout the Atlanta and Metro Atlanta areas. Travel within 20 miles of Downtown Atlanta is included in all bridal bookings. For locations beyond 20 miles, travel fees apply as follows: 21–40 miles – $1 per mile (round trip) per artist 41–75 miles – $1.25 per mile (round trip) per artist 76+ miles – Custom quote based on distance and time Mileage is calculated from our Atlanta base location to the getting-ready venue (round trip).

Extended Travel

For early morning call times (before 8:00 AM) or travel over 90 minutes one way, an overnight accommodation fee may apply to ensure our artists are well-rested and on-site promptly. Hotel accommodations (one night per artist) may be required for distant or destination weddings. Travel time exceeding 2.5 hours may incur an additional $50/hour travel rate per artist.

Do you Require Minimum Booking?

Yes. For Saturday weddings during peak season, we require a minimum of the bride + 3 makeup services (4 total). Off-peak or weekday minimums may be more flexible.

Question 5

How Do I Secure my Date?

A non-refundable retainer of 25% of the total booking amount is required to secure the wedding date and due at time of booking as well as a signed agreement. • Remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. • Accepted Payment Methods: Credit or Debit Card, Zelle, Check, Cash. • No services will be performed without payment in full.

How Soon Should I Book?

Most couples book 6–12 months in advance. For prime spring/fall weekends in Atlanta, we recommend booking as early as possible.

Do you Offer Trials?

Absolutely. Bridal previews (trials) are held Monday–Thursday and our artists will travel to your preferred location. They’re 75–90 minutes and include a full consultation and refined bridal look. Trial fee is due at the time of the trial appointment ($150.00) If the Client chooses to proceed with booking, the trial fee will be applied toward the remaining balance of any bridal package that already includes a trial (Signature Muse & Luxe Muse). Trial fees remain non-refundable in the event the Client chooses not to book or cancel services after the trial.

How Long Do Services Take?

Plan 65–75 minutes for the bride and 45–55 minutes per attendant. We’ll build a custom timeline with your planner/photographer to keep the day running smoothly.

Can You Accommodate All Skin Types and Tones?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Inclusivity is core to Muse. Our artists are skilled across the full spectrum of skin tones and all skin types, including sensitive and mature skin.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds • Retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. • Service count may only increase, not decrease, once the contract is signed. • If the wedding is canceled 60+ days out → Client pays 50% of the remaining balance. • If the wedding is canceled within 30 days → Full contract amount is owed. • Rescheduling constitutes a new booking and is subject to date/artist availability.

Can You Accommodate Large Bridal Parties?

Yes. We staff additional Muse artists/assistants as needed. Please share your final count ASAP so we can assemble the right team.
