We are a family, so we treat our guest like family. Our fresh made wood-fired pizzas truly are one of a kind. With highly trained chefs, they create everything in house. The pastry chef is super dedicated in creating delicious cookies, brownies, cakes, etc. We also have Gluten-free and Vegan options!

Vegan Friendly Wedding Options
Tiara and her team were great to work with! I am vegan, my now husband is not, so it was very important to us both that we had options we could both enjoy at our reception. Tiara was super helpful in curating a menu that worked for us and all of the other dietary restrictions of our guests. Everyone raved about the food! And the team was able to quickly pivot when there was a power issue in our venue. They even gifted us with a heart shaped pizza that came in clutch at the end of the night when we needed a post-celebration snack!
Paulie Gee's Wedding Experience
Paulie Gee’s graciously hosted my husband and I’s wedding on site. We got engaged at the restaurant almost two years prior and our waitress was so kind and excited for us. She immediately mentioned that the restaurant could host our wedding. Initially having a different venue, as our plans changed, we contacted Paulie Gee’s about this possibility nearly 1 year after our engagement. Our point of contact was Tiara and from the very beginning she went above and beyond! We had many meetings with her as the event approached. She answered all our questions and did everything from helping us craft an all-vegan menu to assisting with decorating the restaurant the day of. We sincerely thank the whole team for our wonderful experience and would recommend Paulie Gee’s as a unique, intimate wedding venue to anyone who asks!

Paulie Gee's is just terrific - Tiara and the chefs have joined us at our home several times to host/cook/serve for parties - large and small! Our guests always rave about the salads and pizzas! The whole crew is wonderful to work with - very professional, always wonderful to work with, respectful and thoughtful - AND, great chefs!! The buffet is well organized and all pizzas are labeled - even the gluten free are delish! We will do it again and again! Love Paulie Gee's!

My daughter just had her wedding at Paulie Gee's this past Friday (10/24/25). We did the entire event at the restaurant, and I have to say, it was absolutely wonderful. Tiara was great throughout the entire process. Very communicative and accessible. The venue looked great and the food was fantastic. My daughter is vegan, and so was the menu. Absolutely delicious variety of pizzas / pasta. My daughter wanted my band to play, so that worked out too. All in all, a great experience. I don't think you can beat the cost / quality ratio they can offer. Tiara and the team knocked it out of the park. Many, many thanks to them for making the event memorable!
