    True Cuisine did a great job with our reception dinner at our wedding. The passed appetizers were tasty, and dinner was solid. The bar tending staff were so sweet and friendly! Our favorite was the late night sliders! Thank you for doing such a great job!

    We used True Cuisine/Sweet Baby Ray's for our wedding and it was absolutely fantastic. Sarah was our lead person for all the planing and she was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She instilled confidence in us that everything would be handled with her level of professionalism and organization. We had two tastings, which was suggested to do another one closer to, and we are so glad that we did! Ended up changing a few dishes from the tasting closer to the wedding. The tastings were so fun. The actual wedding day was seamless. The food, staff and everything else went off without a hitch, or at least we think so. So that just means if anything did go awry, we had no idea! They arrived on time, set up, and provided an absolutely fantastic meals and sweets table/coffee to our guests. They were extremely easy to work with and especially regarding allergies. I have celiac and they made it very clear how serious they were about allergies. I was also able to swap out the potatoes in my dish instead of quinoa! I would HIGHLY recommend this entire team for any event and especially your wedding. Sarah Ridder is fantastic at her job and you can tell she enjoys doing it, which makes it all that much more fun to experience as the bride and groom. The day of coordinator also introduced herself to both me and my husband before the event and then checked in with us at the end, which was a nice touch! Then we knew our point person to go to and she made herself available if we needed anything.

    True Cuisine was absolutely incredible! From our tasting to the big day, they were very communicative and served delicious food. They came recommended by our venue, and it’s evident why. True Cuisine made our food fresh on site, and we think that’s part of what made the dishes so amazing. It was more than just traditional “wedding food”, the flavors in each dish were top notch! Our dessert table and late night snack were a hit!! We loved every aspect of working with True Cuisine and would recommend for any type of event!!

    The staff themselves were wonderful. The actual food however was cold, small and tasteless. The tasting was wonderful but at the event the food was horrible and embarrassing.
