    Sweet Baby Ray’s gave us more than just an incredible meal—they gave our guests an experience. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor, with portions that kept everyone happily satisfied. They went above and beyond in accommodating dietary needs and ensuring the service was warm and attentive. We’ve had so many guests tell us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had.

    True Cuisine catered our wedding this past 4th of July and they were amazing!! From the moment I reached out, they were easy to connect with and helpful with any questions we had! Their food is DELICIOUS!! We are obsessed, and we got sooooo many compliments on the food during and after the wedding! My only disappointment is that we didn't have any burnt ends left over because EVERYONE loved them. They were so flexible with us when we couldn't decide on our food and had creative ways to make sure we had everything we wanted. They had so much experience at our venue and with all of our other vendors that the day went off without a hitch - literally there were no issues at all and everything happened so smoothly. Even with our day of coordinator - who was just a family friend helping out - they were fantastic with her and helping her with set up and connecting with her on questions! I can not recommend them enough!

    We used True Cuisine for our February 2025 wedding. We originally met with them since they were one of our venues preferred caterers, but they were so incredible we would have chosen them anyways! We had excellent communication throughout the whole process from everyone we worked with, and they helped us customize our package to be exactly what we needed. The staff with us day-of were detailed oriented and made the reception run so smoothly. Of course, the food was also delicious! We had many guests tell us how good it was, and that they went up for seconds.

    We chose Sweet Baby Ray's for our caterer and we had a fantastic experience working with them throughout the entire process. The food, service, and bartending was incredible and we received a ton of compliments from our guest throughout the night, particularly about how good the food was. They were very easy to work with and accommodating throughout the planning process as well. The hardest part for us was picking what we wanted the menu to be because all the food was so good. Perfect caterer for an upscale BBQ meal!
