We’re very sorry, though, that there were issues behind the scenes that detracted from your experience. Our planning portal is typically a reliable and effective tool, and we’re disappointed that a few pop songs slipped through the cracks and were played at the start of the night. While the band quickly adjusted after receiving your feedback and followed the rest of your preferences closely, we understand how important those initial moments are and sincerely apologize for the oversight. Regarding the delay during the wedding party introductions, there was an unexpected Bluetooth interference that disrupted the playback, despite the system being tested successfully beforehand. We do everything we can to avoid tech issues as we know how stressful moments like that can be, and we’re truly sorry for the disruption. We also want to clarify that your producer responded thoroughly to your concerns and addressed each point in detail via email after speaking to the band members. She took your feedback seriously and worked closely with our team to understand what happened and how we can improve moving forward. While we’re glad the evening ended on a high note with great energy and a full dance floor, we know that moments like intros and first impressions matter deeply.
