AMP DJ/BAND HYBRID is a boutique event company owned & operated by husband & wife team, Jimmy & Ana Salvemini. Having performed around the world with Gloria Gaynor, Luther Vandross, and George LaMond to name a few, the Salveminis were looking for an innovative way to bring that same quality of showmanship and professionalism to your special event! Our DJ/BAND HYBRIDs are carefully crafted to your needs giving you limitless musical possibilities!

BEST POSSIBLE CHOICE!!!!
AMP DJ played at my wedding and they made it the most memorable experience. Most of the guests said they were a top highlight of the night. They worked with my husband and me to incorporate our style and favorite music into the night and the crowd absolutely loved it. The dance floor was packed all night! The way Jimmy, Ana and the rest of the band perform make it feel like you're at a concert...they were singing on the dance floor at times and interacting with guests. It was incredible! If you go with them, your only regret will be that you can't spend the entire night of your wedding on the dance floor.
The Best Wedding Band — Truly
Ana & Jimmy were in a different league from the moment we met them. On our first Zoom, they listened to everything I said about our taste and our vibe… and then gently told me that our beloved saxophonist idea didn’t match anything we had described. They recommended a guitarist instead— and thank goodness, because they were absolutely right. Their planning process was incredibly thoughtful.. and for me, hilarious. Their music surgery? Thorough and genius, and apparently visible to them before you hit submit. Which meant they saw me type things like “Haed pass,” “No thank you,” and “What even is that??” Live. Thankfully, they have incredible senses of humor. They checked in multiple times, did a full site visit, and showed up with a sound team who stayed all night to make sure everything was flawless. They even coordinated our private outdoor first dance with our violinist while sending the music inside to guests — seamlessly. But the reception is where they catapulted into untouchable territory. They don’t just sing and DJ… they perform. Including: * the full, committed N’SYNC “Bye Bye Bye” choreography * A Blink - 182 elder millennial scream-along that transported us back to 2003 * Coming onto the dance floor to hype everyone * Interacting with guests like they’ve known us forever. I don’t dance— and I was on that dance floor all night. Our guests are still texting us about how unreal the band was and we’ve heard “best wedding I’ve ever been to” on multiple occasions. My only genuine disappointment is that the wedding is over and I don’t get to hang out with Ana and Jimmy anymore. Hire AMP DJ/BAND HYBRID. Thank me later

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! We hired AMP DJ/BAND HYBRID for our wedding and they were one of the best decisions we made. From the start, they were so easy to communicate with, incredibly professional, and genuinely attentive to our family’s needs. They even added last-minute band members with total ease, no stress, just smooth execution. We wanted a big party vibe, and that is exactly what we got. The vocals were phenomenal, the musicianship was outstanding, and the energy they brought was unreal. The perfect blend of music kept the dance floor packed all night, and the band read the room effortlessly. They were also so open to our personal touches, like my dream of having a big group sing-along, and they embraced it with enthusiasm. At the end of the night, they were even flexible and kind enough to stay for one last song, making the finale feel absolutely magical. One of our favorite parts was how interactive the performers were. The saxophonist, trumpet player, and lead singers came out onto the dance floor, mingled with guests, and encouraged everyone to get up and celebrate. It made the whole night feel electric and personal. A special highlight was how graciously they welcomed a performance from one of our wedding guests, seamlessly bringing them into the band and turning it into a moment we’ll never forget. If you want a team that is exceptionally talented, energetic, flexible, and dedicated to creating an unforgettable celebration, AMP DJ/BAND HYBRID is the ONLY choice. We cannot recommend them enough!

Ana and Jimmy are not only incredibly kind and genuine people— they are also unbelievably talented musicians. From the start, we told them our top priority was maximizing dance time, and wow did they deliver. No matter how many videos you watch online, nothing compares to experiencing them live. AMP absolutely blew us away and far exceeded every expectation we had. They took our input and ran with it, curating a night where the dance floor was packed all night with guests of all ages. There were moments when we genuinely thought a DJ track was playing, only to look over and see one of them singing—and sounding better than the original artist. The transitions between live vocals and DJing were flawless and kept the energy high all night long. From planning meetings to the site visit to the big day itself, everything was seamless. Our guests still haven’t stop raving about AMP— and we know it’s only a matter of time before our friends book them so we can relive it all over again!
